The staff was very nice. The mango yogurt was really good, as was the scooped sherbet. The mango fruit topping I got was bad, but they gave me a new sherbet right away and were very sweet about it.

We drove 45 minutes to get there for them to be closed 30 minutes early. Website says 10 and we got there at 9:30 and they were closed.

This place is not that great. They aren't friendly, they don't listen, and they just don't know how to make anything. They just kind of wing it.
One of the only places to get mint chip frozen yogurt! I always love how friendly the staff also!

I sat in drive through for 20 minutes, 3 cars behind me and not once did anyone come to the window until the car behind got out of the car and banged on the window. The young man came to the window and said he had to take walk ins first. I guess even after we sat there our business was no good. So we left and all 3 cars behind me followed. So much for our traditional TCBY. after the first day of school. You may consider staffing a bit better.

The yogurt was excellent. But more than that, the lady that waited on my wife and me was great. She didn't scrimp on the toppings and was pleasant to talk to.

Got an ice cream that I didn't know what have nuts on it and they were so many in there that by the time I was done kicking I'm out I had a bowl of soup gross definitely not worth the 6 bucks

This place use to be great but now when you go there, they don’t have the cooler stocked. We went today and they literally had 3 flavors available in the cooler and the advertisements on the windows were no longer available but they said they need to change the signs that the promotions changed a week ago. Very Very disappointed in TCBY. I will start going to The Scoop in Gray from now on.
