We've eaten here a few times recently, and the food is great. Servers are friendly.. it takes a while to get your food so I highly recommend going on the texas roadhouse website and join the waitlist prior to your visit and go with ample time before you are starving I'd say on average it takes around an hour to get your food on a Friday or Saturday evening. The price is high but it is everywhere. I say the prices here are the lowest I've seen when compared to similar menu items other places. It's a little loud in there but you can expect that anywhere with that many people in a small area. We typically go there on Friday or Saturday after 7 pm, and it's always packed. If you want good quality food and service that is be expected.

This place is really amazing!! Our credit card got locled up and they we amazing enough to let us go and come back to pay! I intend on coming back in this week and paying for that meal and another!!!

Order curb side and get there and text the parking number and said was ready, sit there for 20 mins waiting, no order brought out, finally go inside in clothes I wore to get curbside not to go in, have a good tip on order for it to come out, go inside and out was sitting on a shelf the whole time and the workers in the to go laughing having fun, not a car in the world about doing the job they are paid for... I WOULD LIKE MY TIP BACK FOR NOT DOING ANYTHING SPECIAL AT ALL,, GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE

Placed a pickup order, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes and stood inside and waited for 30 more after the original time. Waited over an hour for a kids meal! and girl at the front was very dismissive and over half the time there was no one waiting at front desk to help people.

Our waitress vanished after she brought our drinks and took our order. We waited well over 30 mins to get our food,, and a couple of side dishes were forgotten. We didn't see our waitress again until she finally came by to see if our party was going to be 1 bill or separate bills and then we were able to get a refill on our drinks to go since we'd been setting there waiting so long. Aside from our food taking so long to arrive it was also cold, the butter in the baked potatoes wasn't even melted, and the mac n cheese was nothing more than a bowl of noodles with a partiality melted piece of cheese on top. If the restaurant had been busy with a lot of customers I can understand the wait time, but in the middle of the afternoon when it's less than half full is unacceptable. There seemed to be plenty of waitresses and waiters working as others that were seated around us by other staff got their food orders long before we got ours, some had even finished and were leaving before our food arrived. We've been regulars at this Roadhouse and the Morristown Roadhouse since they opened, and this was by far the worst meal I've had from any Texas Roadhouse.
