The resteraunt was clean, music was a great volume and a nice mix of classic tunes.The prices were reasonable for quantity and options available. In fact I would say the side choices were varied and not just the typical vegetable/starch options.We both ordered the prime rib. Mine was medium rare, his was medium. The flavor was great..unfortunately..both prime ribs were cold, baked potatoes were cold enough the butter would not melt.Our plate was delivered by other then our server and he left abruptly. We did not see our server again for 15 min. We requested to go containers and took our food home to heat it up.Safety is a concern when it comes to food temperature. I did love Chop House atmosphere and service was good. I would like to go back and hope more attention is paid to the temperature of proteins at least.

Great Accomodations with a large bar & dining room. Great menu selections from chicken, chops, seafood or steaks. The Aged Delmonico Ribeye was perfect. Our waiter, Christfer, recommended the melted blue cheese garlic butter on the side. It was the bomb of flavor. A bottle of Cabernet added to the delicious meal. Friendly Service & Delicious Meal & Wine. Just the best combination. Thanks Mustang USMC Retired

Great food. Our waitress was new but she still did an excellent job.
I can’t stop talking about how amazing Christopher was!! We already can’t wait to go back again and request him. He made our meal even better than it would’ve been. He cut up with us and answered all of our questions about the menu with no hesitation.Get the deviled eggs!! They’re SO worth it

The atmosphere was fine. However the food and beverage along with the service at this chain location wasn’t up to expectations. The Old-Fashioned drink I ordered was watery and the glass was covered in stickiness. I had to get some water to put on a napkin and clean the glass before I could drink it. I mean it was slathered in stickiness and not just a spot.Also, I ordered a cup of shrimp bisque and the tenderloin Caesar salad, medium rare. The steak after I cut into it was well done - through and through - not a spot of pink. After delivery my wait staff became a ghost so I ate it and asked someone to bring my check when I was finished. I was eating alone on a business trip this visit and dinner sadly didn’t last very long. I would have lingered longer and ordered more had the drink and food at least been better.This is not up to par for this chain. Hopefully it will be better next time as I will give them another try when passing through thinking this experience was just a one time anomaly.

Great food selections. I personally love the chicken fettuccine minus the peas and mushrooms. The prime rib sandwich is one of the better that we've had out and I highly recommend the Mac and cheese. The bread is great but comes with honey oleo. You can ask butter, but really, it is that nasty oleo margarine. You can ask for real butter, but what they have in the kitchen is unsalted butter they cook with. Good bread at higher end restaurants, I would expect a great butter (soft) with it. That's my only complaint.
