For a restaurant that advertises is the main course in its name, the pizza was sub-par. Barstool sports would mosy likely give it a 1 out of 10. I give it a 2. They can't even take the time to separate the pepperoni slices. They lazily throw a stack of 5 where each single pepperoni should be. So the extra 4 layers of pepperoni dont get cooked they just ooze out grease that covers the pizza and drains underneath, causing a soggy mess. They should call themselve Main street soggy bottom pizza company. "The place where we really dont care" 25$ for a medium pizza and 2 sweet teas.

The girls and I stopped in yesterday for a late lunch and it was more amazing than expected! The building itself is a whole vibe! Our waitress, Emily, was just terrific! Cherry skulls! Who knew that was a thing! We all loved our food and we had quite a variety! The stuffed mushrooms, the spaghetti squash carbonara, a salad, chicken thighs, cordon bleu sub and spicy chicken sub!No one was disappointed with their choice. Love this place! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks Emily you’re great! ?

Always a pleasant experience eating here, I have yet to be let down! However, the best item, hands down...The Skillet cookie. With local ice cream, a house made cookie and local chocolate; you can't beat it. I never used to enjoy sweets until my late 20s, and this will satisfy your sweet tooth every single time!!

I have never been here before but i honestly loved it. Great vibe. Delicious food. The salad was great but if you don’t like spicy skip the honey mustard dressing.
Another perfect experience at Main Street Pizza - enjoying the surprisingly delicious melon sangria along with a mixed berry field salad (sumac-seasoned pickled onions, what a nice touch!) and two of their seasonal pizzas: their florentine with heirloom tomatoes, roasted zucchini and a little kick from the pepper flakes; and the savory berry pizza - tangy, sweet, savory and complex. The service is always just right, and the compliments our dogs got from waitstaff and strangers; the sunset, and the sound of children playing in the fountain put us on top of the world.Vegetarian options: Any of the specialty pizzas can be ordered without meat; the Thai Pie and Pine Street Pesto are particular favorites.
Cool place. So much alcohol available. The salads are really well done. The sweet Thai wings are great.

Best food I’ve ever had in Kingsport! The pizzas, pasta, and pretty much everything there is made from scratch in house! The quality of this food blew my mind! It’s a must try in Kingsport!
