The staff is always super friendly and welcoming every time I come in. They do have karaoke some weekends if you check in advanced and it’s always a blast . The food…… just go try the food for yourself all I can say is they made the right call having a smaller menu cause it DOES NOT disappoint. The drinks are the same way you can ask them to surprise you and give their bartenders just the alcohol and flavors you’re looking for and they can deliver 10/10 of the time.

Menu needs some help. Great social space. Could definitely procure better live performance talent, seems to lean into cover bands & cover solo artists.

We were there for the Valentine’s Day dinner event. About the only thing that was good was the charcuterie! The soup was supposed to be creamy tomato bisque. It was like puréed tomatoes! It was terrible! Next came the entree which was prime rib. It was overcooked, there was only a butter knife to cut it. They didn’t have horseradish. Nothing was seasoned. There was no salt or pepper on the table. We were served bread but no butter. We were given two drink coupons. I ordered Chardonnay but they had none. They didn’t offer any white wine at all. This could have been a delightful event had they been a bit more prepared.

Very nice people, acoustics of the building could be better for listening to music

Great place for cocktails and live music. The food will surprise you too! One of the best offerings in downtown Kingsport!

This is an upbeat cocktail lounge in downtown Kingsport. We were quickly greeted and seated. Our waitstaff, Zane was very courteous and knowledgeable of the specials. I enjoyed the whiskey sour and the Mrs. Klausmo for ladies night. We shared the charcuterie board. All good. Suggestions- mirror behind bar and project visuals on white wall. Parking is the only hardship.

I’ve seen this place several times when driving by and previously lived in a nextdoor loft. I saw some photos shared online and was anxious to check this place out because the ambiance looked interesting and unlike anything else in the area. After a long day, a friend and I decided to stop by there around 10:20 on a Thursday night. Approaching the door, I checked the hours and they didn’t close until 11pm. There were maybe 8 customers inside and at least that many staff visible from the entrance. My friend and I took a seat at the bar and waited several minutes for someone to take our order. We just wanted one drink and had more or less stopped by to check the place out in preparation to plan a night with a larger group. After sitting for several minutes and watching every staff member at least make eye contact with us(minimum of 8 people), we just left. At one point, someone came and was pouring a drink directly in front of us and still didn’t even acknowledge we were there. I had high hopes but I’ve never sat at a bar and had to wait so long to be served when they weren’t busy and had so many staff that one was standing there talking about having nothing to do yet ignoring new customers. Definitely crossing this place off our list of potential places for a larger group. If they didn’t want to serve us with 40 minutes left until closing, they shouldn’t have seated us at the bar.

Went here for a breakfast event, so have not tried any of their food or drinks the event was catered. The atmosphere was very nice, will probably go back again sometime to see how it is on a normal night.

A much needed spot downtown! Open just 3 nights a week, but the focus is on fabulous cocktails, fun events like trivia, cocktail classes, salsa lessons, and oh yeah....the BEST filet in town.

Five stars all around. Great atmosphere, great drinks, great food and great entertainment. Always something new to do there also. From cocktail classes to salsa dancing, they offer a wide array of entertainment and fun happenings. The Reserve keeps me going back to Kingsport!

I had a wonderful dinner there with great atmosphere and service. The steak is a house specialty and you get a lot of sides with it--including a high-quality olive oil dip w bread. Large portions and excellent value. Not a crowded space because it's so roomy. Friendly owners too. Recommend!

Just had a drink. Next time we'll try the food. Would be hard to give 5 stars without the full experience.
