Tried to go through the drive thru and order food on 3/20/24 around 5:30pm, there was a person standing in the drive thru with a tablet taking orders. She would not allow me to look at the menu or pull up to the speaker and I’m not sure why because there was literally no one else in line, it’s not like they were busy. Went inside to order instead, all of the employees and managers were leaning against the counter chitchatting. The girl who took my order had the personality of a wet dishrag…no smile, no how are you, no nothing. Manager came over and asked what I needed when I asked why they wouldn’t let me look at the menu outside. He gave me a free drink so I would go away. The boneless wings I ordered were old, hard, chewy and room temperature. I’m not sure how long they had been sitting out before being served to me, which was puzzling considering how long I had to wait for them. The drink machine was disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days if not weeks. Trash cans were disgusting and piled up with trash and discarded dipping sauces. I’m officially done with Zaby’s. The prices are way too expensive to be served trash food by employees who don’t care.

Above average for fast food chicken. Sometimes gets slow in drive thru during rush times.Parking: Parking is not the greatest for larger vehicles. Plenty of spaces just tight getting in/out
First I want to say that I DO NOT eat red meat or pork. Chicken is my only go to, I go through Drive Thru only.I’ve been coming here for the last 5months. Haven’t lived here long.I ALWAYS ask for extra crispy fries since no one seems to understand PREPARED WELL DONE!! Yes I’m making a fuss about it since it is NEVER done right. WHY? Do I keep coming here well again all I eat is chicken and the Tenders are good. How hard is it to cook the fries an extra 2-3mins. The girls either roll their eyes or slam the window on me.Speaking to the manager does not seem to help.Come on and get it together, it’s not that hard!!!

Not that great. Very overrated restaurant in the area. I give it a solid 4 stars. Fries need salt chicken is not as good as the other options Bojangles, chik fila , even Popeyes is better. Go to those places and you'll thank me later.
Went to get lunch today. This is what I got. And they want more money? Next time I'll go to Huey Magoos...Dietary restrictions: Not eating bad food.

Seems to be difficult to have consistent portions of food on the chicken ranch friesAlso seems next to impossible to have shredded cheese melted across the 100lbs of fries and maybe 2 while tendersAlso might wanna replace whatever the ranch comes in…. Never an even amount assuming ya get any!

The chicken is good, but the buns are not always fresh or warm. They have crinkle fries that are decent, especially if you like seasoning salt.
Would rate a negative number, but no option. Found a 4 inch piece of plastic in the bottom of my salad after half eating it. Lettuce tasted bad as well. Last trip there!!

Ordered a grilled cobb salad at the drive thru. Got home, it was fried chicken and no egg. Should’ve checked the bag, but salad was on bottom and multiple orders on top.
Fresh food served quickly. Staff friendly. Reasonable prices, comfortable indoor seating, room for wheel hair or other mobility devices.
