Placed order on the app . At the store for pick up. Waited 10 minutes for them to answer the call button because this location had online check in disabled. When they answered they asked me to move to a closer stall because it’s raining and they don’t want to get wet, it’s sprinkling at most. There are no closer stalls and now they won’t answer the button. They also won’t answer the phone. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for 3 drinks.

I officially came back to this place recently, and wow. I can't believe that it's been years since I had sonic with my mom and sister. I ordered my sister a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, fries, and a vanilla milkshake. I ordered myself a 12 foot long chili cheese hot dog with fries and a chocolate milkshake. Wow, I missed eating at this place. I'm glad to be back after a long hiatus. The staff were very nice too, and this place is close to my newly moved in home.

Always good food. But most of the staff could use some accommodation training and practice having a more amicable approach. The outside eating area always looks pretty dirty and trash cans are usually full so I always opt to eat in my car.

I love sonic but man around where live there ain't any that are ran as good as this one. I live in Harriman I choose to come to this Kingston location over Harriman and Rockwood.( not gonna say anything about those) every time I come here its good fast friendly

Develope a better costumer service policy and require Managers to follow them Instead of allowing them to be rude, refuse to give you your food after it's been paid for and laughing about it.

I placed an order on line, pulled up to pick up my order. The gal came out, explained that the carbonation in their soda machine had just went out. Was there another drink she could bring me I said no just reimburse me for the drink she rolled her eyes and walked away. Five minutes later the manager came out and asked me for the food back. He stated in-order to reimburse me for the drink he would need the food back and issue a refund then replace the order and charge. Huhhh??. He stated it'll take 3 to 5 business days for you to get your refund. I just shook my head. He said I'll give you a voucher. I'm doing the best I can. I'm sorry sonic not good enough. Needless to say, I told him to not go to any trouble, drinks are on me today. SMH
