I like Arby's and stop at the Magnolia Avenue location in Knoxville, TN quite often. The employees are usually nice, but this afternoon a girl actually yelled at me in the drive thru because I asked for one more container of marinara sauce for for my cheese sticks. I asked for 2 and she had given me one. She YELLED at me that she had already put 4 or 5 "marinara sauces" in the bag, which she did not but that's not even the point. She blatantly refused to give me, a paying customer, one more container of sauce. Just ridiculously unbelievable. I threatened to go inside and talk to management, and she gave me the sauce. I told her she needed to learn some serious customer service skills. Hopefully this damaged young girl will manage to work on herself because with such a horrible attitude and disposition, she will never even be successful at a drive thru window. I would say I'll never go back to that location, but I'm pretty sure she won't be there long. She definitely doesn't need to be representing Arby's.
