Extremely slow service in the drive through. I typically have to wait 5 or more minutes at the speaker before anyone is available to take my order. And although there is usually only one or two cars ahead of me, it still takes at least 20 to 30 minutes to get my order.I asked the guy at the window tonight why this Arby’s is always so slow. Came in around 2:00 for lunch with a group of six two adults for kids and a handful of coupons. Kaitlyn and Yolanda specifically did a fantastic job making it easy on a couple weary parents. The food was as expected but the service was exemplary! I don't want to leave the back of the house out as the food was fresh and came out in a timely fashion. I stopped in here at this Arby's around 6pm on a Friday evening. I ate inside. Was greeted by an Arby's cashier. He was very pleasant. The fast food restaurant inside was very clean. I ordered the traditional beef & cheddar sandwich combo. No complaints. I still love seeing the nostalgic neon sign at this Arby's. It has been there as long as I can remember & that is quite a long time ago! Thanks Arby's! Enclosed are a few pictures.
