If you are at all used to actual authentic Asian food you will be highly disappointed. We moved here from south Florida and my husband has been over seas to Japan so we know decent Asian. This is not it. Bland flavor, slimy chicken, way too many veggies. It was hot and service was decent, otherwise a hard pass.

So I’m not from Knoxville, I’m from Florida but have family up here that we visit every so often. Last time we visited, a few years ago, we went to an Asian restaurant at this location and got Pad Thai and drunken noodles and it was legitimately the best Thai food we’ve ever had. This trip, we knew we had to go back and experience it again. It was THAT good.Well, I don’t know if that place closed and this place took its spot, or if it has new management or what, but it had gone from the best Asian food we had ever eaten to literally the worst. We got the same thing as last trip, Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles. Both with chicken yet they both smelled like fish. The egg and chicken in the dishes were so saturated and wet they just dissolved in your mouth, not in a good way. And the worst, the pad that was COVERED in a tomato sauce. Tomato in Pad Thai isn’t uncommon, but it’s supposed to be subtle. No, the whole dish was RED. I couldn’t get the taste of tomato out of my mouth for hours! That’s one thing when you’re eating Italian, but THAI food!? And 2 meals, a water and a sweet tea cost us $38 out the door….Please rethink your menu. Your service was good, but your food really needs to be updated.

The hot and sour soup was quite good. Wasn't impressed with the teriyaki chicken at all. Very bland and little to no teriyaki flavor. My wife had the hibachi shrimp. Again, little to no flavor. My son ordered a sushi roll. He said it tasted weirdly off. He got sick shortly after eating it. Waitress was very friendly but service was a little slow considering we were the only group of 4 in the restaurant other than another couple. Be aware, they do add an upcharge on your check for those who use a credit card instead of cash. Will we come back? Probably not. Good luck to Asia Cafe though.

Wow, I should be giving this a one star. I'm giving 2 because they somewhat tried with the atmosphere. The service was really bad here, but.... The... Food... Was... Terrible! I could barely eat the food even though I was incredibly hungry. It was also very pricey for the amount of food and of course quality. Please eat elsewhere!

We had the time to get together for a birthday party and lunch Saturday at this location. This was our first time visiting this restaurant. The wait time was minimal and we had a nice booth to dine at and visit while all together. The hot and sour soup was the best I’ve ever eaten. Our meals were also excellent. I’m looking forward to dining there again very soon.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy handicap parking right up front.

We ordered 2 Hibachi dishes, which come with your choice of soup. One of the soups was incorrect. We ordered 2 egg drop soups and received one egg drop soup and one mushroom soup. But that was not all. We ordered, so paid extra, for a bottle of shrimp sauce, and DID NOT receive it. We got 2 half-filled portions instead. We were Still charged the same amount. Then we tried to go to the feedback page, but it could not be found/was down. There also wasn’t even an order receipt in or on the bag like other Togo locations have. We feel as if we were slightly scammed from this location.

They keep messing up my orders. I wouldn't mind if this was some fast food place, but I spent $50 for dinner for two people, and I expected everything I ordered to be there. One of the two soups I ordered was wrong, and any time I order a bottle of their shrimp sauce, I somehow never get it. I used to love getting food here when they only had one location years ago, but somehow, the experience keeps just getting worse. Still great food.

Service was friendly but the food was terrible. I ordered the chicken broccoli lunch special and my husband ordered the sweet and sour chicken.

The person who helped me over the phone to take my carryout order was so very friendly, patient, and helpful. Same in person when I picked up the order. I regret not getting her name. The good was excellent and large servings. The Tom Kha soup is fantastic. My only wish would be more vegetables in the Singapore street noodle dish and a little spicier.
