Sat in a long line of cars to be told they only had 4 options, but the menu listed several additional flavors. We decided to get 2 different flavor bagels and they were very hard and stale as if they were days old. Very disappointing experience!

First time, last time!! First time customers.. I called to let them know we only got 1 piece of lox on our sandwich. The manager said only 1 piece of lox comes with the $10 sandwich, lox cream cheese bagel. Manager (Angela) didn't ask if we'd like a refund or a different sandwich. Angela said we could order extra lox but she didn't know the price. She said that she's not the owner and doesn't make the prices. Maybe the owner will reach out to let their customers know if this is true? Also, nowhere on any signage does it say you only get 1 piece of lox. So, you get, .30 piece of cheese, .40 bagel, 1.00 lox and .70 of cream cheese for $10? Save your money and don't go here. Because if you aren't okay with your order they won't make it right. The worst part is that as a manager she should have known that making it right would have helped with repeat business and great reviews. An apology or I'll make it right the next time for you with an extra $1 worth of lox, is the difference between having a poor manager and a great manager. She lost the company money and more than just 2 customers with this review.

They need to open their indoor area! Been here 4 times but never tried their coffee or bagels. There's a whole market that wants to experience service and setting that this coffee shop is missing out on.

Like the name.says, best bagels.by a long shot. That is if you know bagels. Let's put it this way, if you think pizza hut makes good pizza you may not recognize the best bagels..

cinnamon raisin bagel had no flavor and was very dry. coffee was very weak; waterish. For $7, I am expecting a fresh homemade quality bagel. customer service was very hospitable. I would give this place one more try.

Their service is absolutely poor. They have no staff to keep the institution open and current owner employee servicing have very bad manners . If you want to waste your time in line to get an average bagel, please go visit this restaurant. Otherwise don't waste your time..

First time trying this place & I was pleasantly impressed! First off the guy at the drive thru was very helpful & nice! The service Fast & efficient! I got the Nova Deluxe on a everything bagel & it was delicious! The bagel was fresh, had the perfect texture & flavor, the fish was delicious & smoky, they sure didn’t skimp on the cream cheese either it was delicious as well! I will definitely be going back for this bagel delight!

Great bagel (I'm visiting from NYC, so I know what I'm talking about). Water boiled, generous toppings of sesame, garlic and poppy. No walk in but Drive-up service was courteous and quick. Price is the best in town too -- $1.45 each. For all these reasons, have to agree-- The Best Bagels In Town! Check 'em out!

This used to be the actual best bagels in town. I don’t know what’s happened, maybe new owners? The hateful workers in the drive thru, the inside is always closed, and the consistently say that egg whites are “sold out” … make the drive out to Einsteins or literally anywhere else.
