Is always a good bowl of hot soup noodles for a cold day. They have a good dish. We always order the spring, the crepe (chicken or shrip), and a bowl of any choice of pho.I didn't take any pictures

Bida Saigon was an interesting experience. It definitely wasn't the best or most flavorful experience of Vietnamese food I've had, the pho broth was a bit watery. However, the prices were cheap and the Banh Mi was pretty good. Great place for a quick cheap bite.

I so rarely leave reviews but Bida Saigon is hands down me and my husband's favorite restaurant in Knoxville. The food is absolutely delicious every single time, they never disappoint.

If you’re accustomed to traditional authentic pho, avoid this place at all costs. Even if you’ve never had pho, avoid this place at all costs. The pho was horrible (sweet broth, meatballs and beef were a funky consistency and tasted super off, and the bean sprouts were all old and mushy). The siracha on the table was a knock off brand that was sweet and gross. The shrimp in the spring rolls were way past their expiration date. Crossing my fingers that we didn’t leave with food poisoning.

Used to love this place but the sizing down on meat and portions has gotten ridiculous over the past 2 years. It's just not worth the cost anymore.

Bro this place sucks. The only positive: waiter was friendly. The food here is terrible. We got the pho and bun bo hue. Every broth is sweet, for what? The pho was so sad. The bun bo hue was an insult.Save your money, don’t spend it here.

This is the second time I've ordered to go food where the chili oil was spilled all over my veggie bag. As a past employee we were taught cleanliness and customer service. I had to leave due to horrible treatment from the owner and it's sad to say his new employees are not living up to his old standards. Forgotten veggie bags spilled Chilli oil do better bida employees!

I had the #28 and it sucked, it was bland the soup tasted like dish washer fluid. The chicken in the spring rolls with the clear rice papper was frozen shredded chicken also very bland. I asked the waitress how do you say the meal that I ordered and she said you dont. I won't be coming back.

While my husband was in the hospital for a transplant we ordered take out. It was mentioned that the food was for him and immediately the staff knew that his food had to be cooked thoroughly. Not only were they so quick and knowledgeable but also so thoughtful. As I was leaving with the bag of take out the oh so gracious staff mentioned that they also sent a ceramic bowl for my husband to enjoy his soup in so that he wouldn't have to eat it from the to go container. EXTREMELY thoughtful and oh so kind. We will forever be grateful for their hospitality and good-will.I highly recommend visiting!

No where near as good as the best spots I’ve tried in Cali and Houston but it’s okay. Broth is too sweet, I don’t really taste the Pho essence (star anise, corriander seeds, cinnamon, fish sauce, etc.).
