Excellent choice of burgers and good beer selections. Convenient location and good atmosphere. Unfortunately, I learned that it closed on 1/9/2023.

Came in for drinks and appetizers. The drinks were amazing and strong. The pretzels were extremely salty but good. It was a little busy and staff checked it every once in a while.

Fast service. Good food. Friendly staff. It doesn't get much better then that. 10/10 would recommend

We came for a late lunch. Our waitress Jewels was polite and friendly. We ordered the chicken wrap and a side of Brussels sprouts. The chicken wrap seemed like the chicken only made it to half the wrap. One side had a good amount of chicken but the other side barely had any. Other then this, food and service was great!! Would recommend!

Loved this place! The ambiance and food were both outstanding. My Mom and I had an early dinner here after attending the opera matinee and it was the perfect finish to a wonderful day! Somewhat a critique as a former restaurant owner, Mom was very impressed with both the service and food quality. I enjoyed the fried green tomato veggie burger. I loved the veggie option, thank you for having vegetarian items on your menu!

Great appetizers and burgers. Great place to watch the game. Gay street is amazing to walk around and explore.

Pretty good place to stop by and have a drink or two before a show at the Tennessee Theater! Great ambience, good music (loud enough where you can have a conversation without shouting), good food and great service. We stopped here for a quick bite to eat and we weren't disappointed. The food came out quick and warm. We sat at the bar because we had no reservations, which I highly recommend any time you're planning to eat downtown Knoxville as they get real busy! Service from the bartender and staff was great. He said: your food will be out in a minute and it practically was. The place is small, but clean and good enough for us to return soon. Thank you Blackhorse for the hospitality!

Thought we stop in this place for a drink and snack after traveling all day. So glad we did. The food was great. We split the pretzels - it came with 3 large pretzels with mustard & beer cheese. So good! We then split the Ragin Cajun grilled chicken sandwich. So yummy! We enjoyed their house Octoberfest beer (yes, it's mid November but they still had it! Score!) Our waitress/bartender Catherine was great too. We will return!

Excellent beer selection and definitely try the beer cheese with broccoli as the side instead of the chips, so good

I guess the brewery part must be great, the food was not. While we were waiting, we saw that a table left most of their pizza, rather than carry out the leftovers. Ok, it's downtown and you might not want to carry a box to your car before hitting the next stop. However, the pizza was terrible--whatever cheese they used made it a gluey tasteless mess. The burger was ok but not at the price they wanted for it. There are too many other good options downtown to waste your time here, unless maybe you're mainly drinking.

Great bar and pub. Didn't try any food but it looked good. Beer selection is great. The vanilla cream ale is really good day beer, If they have Octoberfest try it, you won't be disappointed!

Stopped in for chicken fingers (really good) and a skillet cookie with ice cream (Cookie was a bit under-baked). Our Server Ariana was very good- friendly, and attentive. Not sure about the craft beers but saw several samplers on tables. Nice vibe, comfortable booths with old tall windows.

My mom and I came here for dinner on one of our two nights in Knoxville. Our food was good, and the Halloween themed drinks were amazing. I also loved the “bad apple” hard cider. We would come back here if we returned to Knoxville.

Lively atmosphere right in the heart of downtown Knoxville. Good food and outstanding service. The place is big (two floors). We had to wait less than 10 minutes on a very busy night on Gay Street. Plenty of TV's to watch your favorite collegiate or NFL football during the season. With all the places to eat around town as far as bars and taverns go , I would give this a place a two thumbs up!!
