I agree with sagasalem. I have stored going to any other Bo's, but this one is nice, the people are great! The establishment is clean even on the outside. It tells a lot about this area. The morning crew is awesome!

They legit make ordering from Uber Eats a nightmare! The lady picking up my food waited for over 15 mins for a chicken biscuit and gravy biscuit -- she wound up leaving! So I called Bojangles and asked about my order, it had been over 45 mins at this point. The girl said my food was ready. Uber assigned another driver. He waited for 5-6 mins for food that was supposedly already prepared. When I received my food, it was completely wrong! Of course when I called back they didn't answer!!! Apparently this is the norm for this particular Bojangles. Perhaps new management would help?

I had a pick up order at 8:30am Friday February 23,2024.After waiting for over 30 minutes, I asked for tray liners for my food.The 300 pound black cashier, was beyond rude.So I cancelled my order, and went to first watch cafe, were the service is always friendly.

Went thru drive-thru at 6:45 pm tonight, only one car ahead of me, hardly any customers inside. I was told 30 minutes for chicken. SMH you have one thing to cook.

This location is trash. I've tried doordash, ordering in the store, and coming through the drive through. It doesn't matter, at least half my order is always wrong. No point paying extra for all white meat, they'll intentionally give you all dark meat. Food is never hot or fresh.

I work right down the road and I’ve tried to give this one a chance several times but for the 4th time I received my food, no chicken. So I paid 20 for a drink, fries and a small container of Mac n cheese.
Waited 15 minutes inside no one would acknowledge that me and other customers were in the lobby. So everyone

Went to get 3 meals on Saturday, had holiday things to do. When we finally got to our destination our meals had the sides but no chicken, could not go back at that time, tried to call but line was constantly busy. Filled out survey not reply from company or individual store. If I could give lower than a one star, I would. You part took a week but the General Mgr called and replaced the meals.

So this morning, Thursday, December 7th, 2023, at exactly 7:00 a.m., I pulled into the drive thru of this Bojangles. There were more cars than usual in the drive thru, but I proceeded to get in line anyway. There were probably about 8 cars in front of me. I finally was able to place my order and pull forward. I still had my window down and heard the car behind me talking to the lady in the speaker. He happened to be a regular that the lady in the speaker recognized, and she began to tell him that she will have his usual when he gets to the window, but it may take a minute because she is the only one working. At that moment, I thought to myself, she can't be the only one, but I guess it does explain why the long line. I finally got to the window, and it was probably 10 or 15 minutes after 7. Not only was the lady working the drive thru by herself, but she also had the lobby open as well, with people actually eating in. The lady politely gave me my food and didn't act stressed at all. I wished I could have done something more for her, but I did tell her she was doing a fine job. That woman was running that whole damn place by herself. I surely commend you, ma'am, and hope that someone surely recognizes your hard work and dedication. Thank you for serving me and others this morning in the best way you could, with the circumstance you were given. Thank you!

Every single time me and my family come here, we choose to eat inside. This is the best Bojangles in this area for good food, great atmosphere, and wonderful customer service. This is all achieved because of the wonder staff here. The people who work in here are so lovely. Today we came in on Halloween. We got greeted with a very excited young lady, “Happy Halloween!” She just seems so happy and that instantly put us in a great mood. The other workers chatted with us and made sure our little 2 year old was taken care of. They gave him some candy! I love the staff here. They deserve raises. God bless these people ?? PLEASE I hope this company acknowledges this location. They’re killing it! The morning staff at around 9:30AM today on Halloween are usually the people we always see. They’re the best! ?Kid-friendliness: The staff is so sweet to your little ones when you bring them in. I, Mom, usually always receive a compliment from one of the women here. As a mother, even something as simple as eating breakfast, means everything when people treat you right. Times are hard right now for a lot of people and something like this is what people need. The restaurant is always clean and something I really appreciate…the high chairs are ALWAYS clean and sanitary. I always see the staff walk the lobby at least once while I’m here to clean. Beautiful people all around. ???
