At first, we couldn't tell if it was open. The lights were on but we didn't see anyone.. as we ordered, The service was pretty good. The ice creams were really good but I wouldn't recommend the brownies w/ the ice cream. It doesn't seem as fresh..My husband got ice cream with a brownie and I got a waffle bowl with ice cream. We were able to get our order and eat our ice creams at our hotel near by. It didn't melt so quickly and was still great when we got in bed.Would recommend for decent ice cream quality!

we visited Bruster's once before a number of years ago. It was great to go back. The Black Cherry ice cream did not disappoint. Scoops are large. I had a small so for the second scoop tried the Southern Banana Pudding ice cream (personally, I wouldn't choose it again).

We were very disappointed, once again, at the Maryville location on Monday, Sept. 4. Not only did they cheat us out of the usual amount of ice cream, nuts and caramel on the turtle sundae, the windows and doors were filthy and the outside seating area was littered! We will not be back. It's worth the drive to other ice cream stores in Greenback and Loudon.
