Trerrible! No service! I stopped in to get a fast meal, and the place was not busy at all. I was the only customer in line. There was only one family of maybe 10 people who were getting ready to leave after they got done eating. I also noticed as I walked in that there was an employee behind the counter just standing there on her phone. She glanced up at me and proceeded to walk to where I couldn't see her anymore without acknowledgment of me standing there. So I stood there for a while, and she never came back. Another lady walked up to her talking. She saw me too but also walked away. Assuming one of them would come back to take my order, I continued to wait longer. I finally got so frustrated and walked out. By the way, the drive thru was not busy either! Horrible.

Waited 15 minutes for food. Didn’t mind the wait however this doesn’t look like lettuce onion and pickle only I think not. Not to mention 30 dollars later

I walked in for breakfast walking in a sore hip. The server accused me of being "sassy." An argument prevailed and shouting occurred. This is a shame. I had given a huge amount of business over many years. They forget the concept of customer service.

I ordered four sausages biscuits and they was soggy but burnt the dough was sticking to my sausage and I went back to get a replacement and Trevor the worker said the biscuits was three hours old that’s why so I just got a refund. Please save your time and energy and go to a different

Love this location. Always friendly. And they recognize us and acknowledge us. Always great food. Most places there's too much ketchup or mustard or the veggies look horrible. Though not exactly like the pictures, this location is about as close as one can get in any fast food restaurant.
I have tried this restaurant before and it is active. I ordered my meal and had to wait 15 minutes for a worker to ask what did I order. Another 7 minutes later I received my meal.Dried mud laid on the floor under a table and the condiment table was dirty.Wheelchair accessibility: Small incline from several handicapped spaces.
Got the new bacon and cheese melt and had to wait ten minutes maybe fifteen for my lunch bread wasn't toasted like it should have been fries were soggy and way to

Walked in. Not busy. Only customer. No greeting by the cashier. Playing on his phone. Took my order. No thank you or nothing. Got my food. I had ordered 2 double cheeseburger plain. All they had to do was put cheese on my burger. Cheese was hanging off the side of the meat. The burger was not great. I'm glad I rarely eat at burger king because everything has turned to trash.

Ten minutes after ordering with one person making food and one person taking both drive-thru and counter orders, these three come strolling back in from hanging out outside and the two working asking where they went. Three of the four drive through orders ahead of us still waiting on food.
