The big woman behind the counter has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. She was on her phone and complaining about being here. She was rude and disrespectful. I think I'll he avoiding thi particular location because of her.

Horrible service, they are slower than molasses in the winter time and they don’t care about their job. Hashbrowns were cooked till they were turning to dust when you bit into them.. I waited 15 mins on my order because they were “putting fresh hashbrowns down” seems these were cooked over and over until someone finally got them.. do not recommend this Burger King at all ?

This place is the slowest damn drive thru I have ever been to. Sat in the line and it didn't move for like 15 min so went inside thinking it would be faster. Nope. They seriously let some guy go on break with it backed up like it was. I get people need breaks but every job I've ever had didn't allow employees to take them in the middle of rushes. Hell the employees themselves should be like, no I'm not doing that to my co-workers, I'll wait till it slows down a little. I don't get why places make the whole drive-thru experience so freaking hard. Chick-fil-A makes it work everyday with cars lined around the building so obviously it can be done. Maybe places need to hire people that actually know how to work and not just show up expecting a paycheck. I'll be a "Karen" long enough for this post because I never complain but my gosh!!!!

Courteous, kind, quick.Thank you for picking up the slack after Wendy's next door fumble with their APP PROMOTION. So I happily gave over $12 for a combo instead of $6 @wendys. Excellent food. Thanks!

I was told I couldn’t use a coupon in the drive thru. I came inside as told to wait 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Then waited another 10 minutes for my food, just to get stale cold fries… Do better BK….

Today March 1 at 3:25 pm ("Karen") the lady who is atending the window is very rude, I asked her to give me sauce and she lied to me, she didn't give it to me. I came back and told me here is your "stupid" sauce. I asked her how you told me and he told me that if I wanted he would tell me outside to hit me. I hope they take action on the matter because the manager did nothing. ?????????????

The burger was awful. Always loved whoppers but today and the last time I was there, the burger was cold and the bun was hard and cold. Fries were hard and cold.Think I may be through with burger King.
