I have never been more disappointed in a store, I came in to get cigarettes and the cashier Candice was completely rude and fowl mouthed, she had a really bad attitude, not to mention she was on the phone the entire time. Very bad customer service

Supposed to be 24 hrs but they are always closed

Always nice workers the homeless are the biggest problem that and the parking lot wish the company could get the land behind the store and make the parking lot bigger other then that is great

Most of the cashiers are very friendly and know me by name. They know what cigarettes I smoke without me telling them lol. The biggest downside to this store is the location. It's too small. Not enough room to park or turn around. It's also hard to get into and out of most times of the day.

As someone who works with people daily. I was highly disappointed to come in and be ungreated, an inconvenience, and unwelcome by the young man behind the register. I tried to joke to make light of what felt like an odd and uncomfortable exchange of communication. As a bartender/customer service professional, I was highly unimpressed and disappointed by his customer skills.

Good store except the people that hang out there. And you need to change stores hours online. It's not open 24hrs.

The store on Broadway next to Fulton High School is my favorite Casey's. The store is always clean and the employees are always very nice.

Great!!!

I enjoyed it till the employees would stop taking costumers randomly at night and would just be outside chilling and smoking. I think this needs to be fixed

My 14 yr oldgrandson left a twenty dollar bill on the counter with the coffe and doughnuts. He recieved permission rom the clerk to leave to get some more creamers for my coffee. He returned in seconds. The twenty was gone and the clerk knew nothing. I asked the manager to review the camera tapes. She never returned. I have called the store three times. As of now I have been holding for over an hour

Most expensive gas prices I’ve seen in town in a long time! It’s the old Pilot on Broadway in Fountain City. Also, they only carry their own generic label stuff. No national brand names. So don’t plan on finding your normal snacks here!

I have to admit that I am not impressed. I was a daily regular at the store when it was Pilot. Every morning I stopped for coffee. I got a free one with the Pilot card every fifth refill. Casey, not only stopped that, they got rid of the cold creamer and quick pour coffee. Now not only does it take several minutes longer to open a bunch of little packages, the taste is very lacking and equal to something you can do better at home. Very dissatisfied with the changes. Looks like I'll have to find another venue.

Cashiers are extremely rude and overcharged us and did not listen to what we asked for then proceeded to tell us they could not do anrefund. So what should have been 15.00 was 32.00 the general manager then told us they dont know how to refund. Ive rewched out to my bank to dispute the charge but if wouod definitely suggest driving the extra 2 miles to the other one or pick a different gas station all together.

Just when you thought Pilot was EXPENSIVE. Here comes an out of state store to jack up prices. Coke 2 liters. 2 for $4.50 with card. Like that's a discount
