Cook to order food and fries can't get that at McDonald's or anyplace else for that matter and it doesn't take then 25min to complete an order. The line on a busy day you you might spend 5 minutes tops. I Love this place got some really goodWheelchair accessibility: They do have ramps at some of the entrances and elevators for those who chose to park in the parking garage...

Cooked-to-order menu is good. There is a little difficulty with communicating food order to the staff due to noise level being loud on busy days during the Holidays. Food has always been the best overall choice in the Food Court here. Understanding English has been a little bit of a problem on occasion. Gourmet fries are awesome!

The janitor was staring like a serial killer at the girl offering samples in the mall, but the chicken teriyaki was on point. Ranch cheese fries were hands down the best I've had from a sandwich shop. There is a reason this restaurant has maintained a presence in this city for so long.

I will suggest DON'T spend your money with these rude people! The food is too pricey for some mediocre cheese steak. They will lie to your face about not having ketchup, malt vinegar, and/ or any sauce you may want to go in the packets. The manager name is Emeralda. She is a female dog.

Service was terrible. No trays are provided and if you are 1 person it’s practically impossible to carry the food in the individual trays. No offer to help or bag it up. Food was cold and bland. This use to be the best place to eat at the mall. They always had lines and the food was hot and fresh. Not anymore there are several options that are much better and also $13 plus for a small combo meal. Expensive and Yuck

Workers were making a sandwich, it was 1015. I stood in front of the cash register for a few minutes, neither of the 2 employees came to me. I walked to them and asked if they were open, she rudely said no. She could have walked down and told me, since all lights were on and they were making food. They're supposed to open at 10. We walked down to Chic fil A, ordered food, walked back by them and they were taking orders. Will never buy from again, terrible customer service.

Tried to pick up here as a delivery driver last month and was treated disrespectfully by the employees. When I reassigned the order, the employees at this restaurant unjustifiably gave me negative feedback on dozens of pickups going back years, all at once, so much that I was deactivated from the gig app that is my primary source of income. I also lost my college tuition because of it. I have messaged corporate multiple times because they do not have a corporate phone number, but the owner is a coward and will not respond. I plan to sue your company over the abuse and disrespect I received after picking up from your restaurant for 5 years. Your company makes money off of our labor at no cost, and you should treat us better! All delivery drivers should stay away from this restaurant.

The Employees and service here are straight up terrible. I order food for pick up, like 30 minutes prior. When I got the line there was an old couple in front of me that were taking forever trying to work the Pin Pad. The employee wasn’t doing anything to help them. Then it’s my turn I tell them I have a pick up and say my name they ask for an order number I didn’t have, so I showed them the app and the pick up they refused to accept it, insisting that they need a number. I eventually give them my Id, whose name matches perfectly they still refuse. At this point I’m livid about to burst. I ended up having to call CS to get a refund because of these degenerates refusing to have decent customer service. I ended up getting a whole refund and then went to Chick fil A where I was promptly served and actually given my food

The food is quite good, but the price is a little high. We like it, so we still go from time to time. Today we went 2 hours after advertised opening and nobody was there. I'm not sure what was going on, but worth mentioning.

Went to Charleys Cheesesteaks while we were in Westown Mall. I ordered a chicken philly and fries with no mushrooms. Order was correct and prepared fast. I had my daughter in a stroller and the girl that rang me up offered to bring my food to a table as I was struggling with carrying it all. Service was excellent. The philly was as fresh as ingredients could come. Excellent fresh bread and toppings. The sandwich was good but didn't have a lot of flavor to it. It was good just not memorable. The fries were hot and fresh and very good. All in all a good meal and I would go back. Many choices in the food court and Charleys is at the top of the choices.

Food was ok. The service was terrible. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Won’t be back. I’ll go spend my money at firehouse subs. At least they know how to treat their customers.
