Have had mostly good experiences with this chickfila for many years but recently the guy on the speaker has been short and made me feel rushed. Only ordered two drinks because I started to get flustered and couldn't even think. Guess I will keep doing mobile orders to stop this from happening.

Went through the drive through and when I got home and looked in the bag the sauce I requested for my cool wrap was missing, when I called the store they told me to bad we don’t do anything for you when we forget a sauce because you have all your food, how about paying attention and doing your job

Forgot silverware, forgot packet of tortilla crisps for salad, forget salad dressing, and forgot bbq sauce packet for other sandwich. And it was all ordered online, so it should’ve been easy to follow. Less than optimal visit to this location.

Everything went well. Not happy about the change with the chicken and I probably will not purchase from them as much in the past.
Great lunch. Was trying to eat and run. Grabbed a classic chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a sweet tea. Added a 5 piece nuggets. One big positive in the drive thru, the person who took my order, about 5 cars back from the window had a menu on the back of his tablet. Gave me options. Love that. All were friendly, food was hot and delicious!
Rude employee sounds like he didn’t want to to work …I thought chick fil a have positive people but this dude

This is the only Chick Fil A I've ever been disappointed with. I ordered grilled nuggets. Fries were fine. The nuggets didn't seem like a priority. They were chewy, and scorched in spots so they smelled burnt too. And they had been sitting there long enough (I guess) that they steamed in the cup and were watery.
Chick-fil-A is unbeatable, but this Knoxville location deserves 6 stars on everything! For how busy it can be, you would never know based on the service! They’re so quick, polite and personable, and it’s delicious, time in and time out!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available!
Placed breakfast order on mobile app around 10:10-10:15.. order placed.. on way to get it. But because I didn’t say I was there right after placing order, they cancelled order. IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO USE APP… PUT THAT IN THERE SO YOU DONT SCREW THEM OVER. The whole point of “mobile order”.. is to place ahead probably because “THEY ARE NOT THERE”… smh
