We absolutely love this place. We always visit the one in PCB when we go so was excited for this one to open. They have such a great selection of different flavors of their chicken salad. You can also chose to get it on different types of bread or even a wrap! The broccoli salad I always get with my side is good. They also have a really good children’s menu. My littles aren’t crazy about chicken salad so she got the macaroni and cheese which is suprisingly really good!

Just got home after going through the drive though and opened my food to find a moldy cookie and the wrong type of chicken salad in my sand which! The wrong salad is fine but thank god I noticed the cookie before I ate it!

Asked for a gluten free meal and the response was so you want no sugar or nuts. Finally someone went to look and see what the allergy chart said and when my gluten free meal came out it had crackers and a cookie. The staff needs to be trained on allergies.Dietary restrictions: Not very helpful

Don’t come here if you are even a little bit hungry. Their chicken salad portions are tiny. This is third time I’ve given this restaurant a try and EVERY time , it’s the same . Their “scoop” on the crosssint isn’t enough to even taste over the flavor of the bread. Plus when I finish my sandwich, my stomach isn’t even half full. Waste of money.

So I was feeling a little adventurous & decided to give chicken salad another try... typically, I am not a fan.The menu has a lot of different flavor options with sides to accompany. I'm generally a lover of onions so I decided to try the Dixie Chick(the only one with onions) in a wrap. If you love chicken salad - this is DEFINITELY the place for you. While I enjoyed the wrap, I'll be honest ... that much mayo and mushy texture is just not my thing.Some things I did enjoy though were the broccoli salad that came with my wrap, so sweet crunchy and yummy !!! I also enjoyed the shortbread cookie that was on my tray. Reminded me of those god awful sugar cookies with that icing from Walmart LOL BUT THIS ONE WAS FABULOUS, and the perfect size.I also gave each of their brewed iced teas a try and I've got to say, im a fan of the watermelon tea. ?

I love the food, especially the grape salad. Here is my problem I love the yogurt and toppings so I ask for extra. I NEVER get extra! I don't understand why it's such a big deal! If it is then charge me for it, but give me what I ask for. So frustrating and I used my points for my purchase. Only to be disappointed again. Also staff at this location is never friendly and seem like they wished they were not there.

There were a couple of rotten grapes in our salad, which was the first time we have ever seen that, so I am not going to put a bad review just for that. We have been there a ton of times and no issues. All in all we love Chicken Salad Chick and their tasty salads!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free
