Omg I don't even know where to start ?I've been here multiple times before but I'm not going back after today. The food, first off, was gut wrenching ? alot of the chicken entress were SLIMY from where they tasted old! My water had something strange floating around in it so I didn't even touch it. There's a few more things but it's literally so much to type out but if you look at their inspection history from a few years ago they had a failing score and I'm afraid they would fail again. Just beware this place is not at all sanitary food and environmental.

I've been eating here for years and for the most part it has been a pretty good experience. There have been a few questionable things I have seen them do in the past, like turning the heat very high in the bathroom so guests would not like to stay in it for extended periods of time, but the service this last time was unacceptable. I ordered a water and my partner ordered a Diet Coke and usually do not share but my water cup was absolutely disgusting so I had taken a few drinks of the soda. Our server Kevin must have noticed and decided to make up a brand new policy of no refills, which is unheard of for a buffet.Needless to say I will not be going back. If you decide to eat here I'd stay away from the shrimp on the hibachi bar, it smells and probably tastes expired. A random health inspection might hurt this place.

Service is god awful. Kevin is the most rude and entitled server. If you eat at this restaurant, good luck because they will treat you terribly and still expect you to tip them well.
Where's place I've ever eaten? I've never given anything a terrible review. I always can find some kind of good. But this food was terrible in the man. Taking my order seemed to irritated with me. Because I had been there before. I regret spending my money on this food. They should not even be allowed to be open.

So a friend and I have been going here for a couple of years.We mainly go for the amazing coconut shrimp, which you can only get at DINNER time. The last time we went in about 2 weeks ago we arrived about 10 minutes before dinner...we were treated horribly by the waitress and the person that seated us. We got a bowl of soup and a couple of small appetizer type items while waiting for them to switch over to dinner. Immediately as I approached the buffet for some of that yummy coconut shrimp, I was yelled at buy both of these employees!!! They literally came to me and screamed in my face the this was for dinner buffet only!!! I said that is why we are here. And then we were stared and gauked at the entire time we were there. Then they brought our ticket to our table and guess what.... They only charged us for lunch, which we were going to bring to their attention as we were checking out.... BUT THEY REALIZED THEIR MISTAKE AND CAME BACK TO OUR TABLE AND JERKED THE TICKET FROM MY HANDICAP FRIENDS HAND. THEY THEN BROUGHT IT BACK WITH THE CORRECTION. CAN YOU SAY RUDE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!
