Driving through with family for dinner around 6pm. All the employees were just talking in the back. No one but cashier at front of house.I wanted to order a bowl and a quesadilla. But I was informed that I have to order online to get a quesadilla at this store and thus needed to order twice; once in person and once online to feed my family. I worked at chipotle in college and never had a problem accommodating customers with something they needed. Either this guy was wrong or this place needs to fix that. The guy on the line was unhelpful and not a problem solver. Restrooms were nasty. Not a place I’d recommend stopping on a roadtrip.

I have frequented this chipotle for several years now and over the past year and a half or so the service has gotten worse and worse. I never thought I’d be that “guy” to have to leave a negative review for an industry I have the upmost respect for and worked as a teenager, but today was the straw that broke the camels back.I visited the parkside location on 4/1/24 at 3:30pm and from the initial interaction on, it was incredibly negative. I started my interaction with the greeter as I always do with “ma’am or sir” and asked for two bowls: one veggie and the other with a protein. The employee appeared to be flustered at the start of our interaction so I tried to be overly apologetic when it seemed like he was rushing through my order. When I asked for him to correct the order after receiving quick quarter scoops of items I was greeted with a quick rude remark and filled up 90 percent of the veggie bowl with rice and threw the bowl to the side and then blatantly missed topping I had asked for. At this point, i almost decided to leave and just be done with the situation but I decided to tough it out and just try be understanding. At check out, I was charged for toppings that should have been on the bowl but was forgotten about and appeared incorrectly as “sides”.At the conclusion of the purchase I was so disgusted by the bowls I had been served I opened the bowls and fixed them myself by emptying out 50 percent of the bowl due to the rice that was piled on.I understand the immense pressure these employees are under and the daily pressures withstood throughout the day as I too am in a retail setting. and I don’t blame the employee in fact I blame the management of this location. This is sadly only one story of many negative ones that I’ve endured while coming to this location and sadly this will be my last one because I will not be going anymore. The amount of rude encounters I’ve had here is unfathomable and with better alternatives close, I’m simply done. I hope ownership reads this review and truly sees how far this location has fallen.

Hardened rice, wrong ingredients in order, & spilled my entire kids meal in the bag. I mean how does that happen for what’s supposed to be a good place to eat? The inside is filthy and looks like nobody has cleaned in days. It’s sad to see such an establishment go so downhill. It seems like each meal here that I eat continues to get worse. Salsaritas is just as bad. Will definitely be headed to moes from now on.

She says it's complete trash and that Moe's is so much better.The rudness of the employee who totaled us out was a joke. She literally put our to go cup in our to go bag and when we asked where the drink cup was she talked to me and my 15 year old daughter like trash. If my daughter wouldn't have been in my presence there would have been further words said from me. Even my daughter recongized her complete rudeness.We will not be returning!!!!

I love Chipotle but I swear it always gives me stomach issues. They also always have someone brand new wrapping the burritos and it's not done very well. I completely understand they are learning but no one seems to want to help them either. Still, super addicted to their delish burritos, but steer clear if you're low on TP lol.Vegetarian options: There's an option to get a tofu protein and a veggie topping.

Came in an hour before closing and they had already bussed down half the restaurant. Chairs were flipped and they were already in the process of cleaning. The food was sitting in bags inside the metal containers, and they gave us rice that didn't have cilantro or lime juice in it. I wouldn't recommend this location if you're an avid lover of Chipotle, sorry.

Will not eat here again- definitely not this location. It was filthy - bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned - floor was dirty. Glass on the bar had hand prints - hadn’t been wiped down. WAY overpriced for the food and experience. Disappointing.
