Unfortunately Cici's has gone downhill quite a bit since i was last here. The pizza was okay. The cleanliness however has alot to be desired. All tables have clearly either not been wiped down or have only had a brush off. Floor needs swept. The resturant wasnt so busy that one couldn't give the tables a quick scrub down and spot sweep. Toilets have to be held down repeatedly to flush, so they had to be flushed before they could be used, since the previous occupants either gave up or were children. To top this all off, a customer saw a bug and quietly informed staff, who then both(theres only 2 ladies working) went to inspect and try to figure out where the bug went(under rugs and around the drink machine). I dont see returning in the foreseeable future.

The pizzas were great! We tried a mac and cheese pizza, which was very tasty. The salad and soup bar was very good. I only wish the pasta bar had more than one pasta.

Drink machine was out of mostly every drink. Pure carbonation coming out of it.
We arrived at the facility and I will include that parking was very accessible. That may partially be due to the lack of customers but we had no issues there; though the issues did exponentially grow following that. The lady at the front counter was very kind and even had some funny jokes but still had consciously led us to the joke of a “buffet” that ran up my tab $12.56. I had selected some basic options (the cheese and pepperoni slices) and also some cheesy bread slices- an order similar to what i would get at Jets or other establishments of that nature. While eating the pizza, i felt like animalistic tendencies had taken over me as I had to rip the pizza apart with the strongest parts of my jaw. Even following this maximum effort for just lunch, the taste was quite repulsive. Although the overall experience was below mediocre, we did enjoy the desserts. The brownies tasted great! Finally, before departing, we visited the bathrooms which had consisted of smells of feces, urine, and engravings on the stalls reading vulgar language. Overall, the experience was well below the standard we had believed Cici’s to hold and will refrain from ever coming back here.

Pizza bar was barely full until we left and no one was there except one other table. Lady's behind the bar were just going on and on about something ignoring customers. Had to wait at register to get someone to pay. Tables were dirty. Pizza was old on the bar that we had to choose from. Only positive was when we were able to order a Supreme Pizza they yelled it's on the bar. Won't make the choice of returning to this establishment.

Worst experience ever! This restaurant was absolutely disgusting. I have never seen so many empty, dirty tables. You couldn’t walk through the dining room without stepping all over food in the floor. I never went into the restroom, but my seven-year-old grandson opened the door to the men’s room and changed his mind because he said it was so disgusting in there. The condition of the dining room and restrooms was not because they were too busy making pizzas or filling up the dressings on the salad bar, because there was no selection of pizza, and all of the ranch dressings were empty. Never again will I waste my money on this place.

I usually have a good experience at CiCi's, but have noticed that all Pizzas are very "doughy" like they don't run its course through the oven. Pulling pizzas too soon won't allow for crispy crust and sometimes certain veggies won't cook thoroughly. Would love to see an improvement in the quality of the Pizza. Having labels to identify all Pizzas would be a great addition as well. The "treats" or desert pizza was never re-filled during my visit.
