Last night was my fifth time coming here. I always look forward to it. Every dish I’ve had has been perfect. The seafood was better than expected. The crab cakes and tuna are very good. It’s not super expensive either. I will definitely be back!

There are two restaurants at this location. If you sit in the bar you can order from both menus. The food was great and the dishes were nicely sized.

Food was okay but service was so so. Ordered a bottle of wine and did not get to do a tasting before a full glass was poured. The girl who brought the wine barely made eye contact or speak. She just poured our wines without offering a tasting. We noticed the minorities (a black couple and an Indian couple) was seated around us in the back of the restaurant. It seemed too obvious when so many tables were available, they were clearly seating minorities in a secluded section of the restaurant. Felt very uncomfortable most of the night. Not a good experience for what’s supposed to be an upscale restaurant.

It was ok but definitely overpriced for what you get. A chicken grilled breast with a pineapple ring on top of it. I could do better at home. Waitress was great, as was the

Decided to drive up to Knoxville and try out a new spot. The atmosphere would have been ok if we weren’t seated next to the bar where there were drunk customers singing loudly with the male bartender. Not okay. The food was good, but the servings were really small. Each “entree” comes with one side vegetable.Service was great. Christy is enough for a return visit. Excellent.

Copper Cellar West has one of the best Sunday brunches in Knoxville! Be sure to make reservations well in advance. Food was delicious and service was great as always. This brunch is always our go to for special occasions!

Staff members were excellent. Ambiance was fine. Food was disappointing this visit. Two in our party had the special 9 ounce prime rib with grilled shrimp. The prime rib was very dry and tough. Even after dipping in the au jus, the meat was tough to chew. Shrimp were okay but slightly overcooked. We usually don't order from the special menu, so won't make that mistake again!

I took my step daughter for valentine's day and we had an excellent meal. Our server was slow but it was valentines day and he was probably worn out. Our reservation was at 8:45 pm and we didn't have to wait past that. I will definitely go back.

Service was terrible. Our food had to be sent back due to broccoli being undercooked and steak being over cooked. One member of the party was left without silverware for 10 minutes before we could flag down any member of the wait staff to help us. Our waitress only checked on us twice in the 2 hours we were there and refused to bring us back the daily special menus so we could look at the special valentine's day desserts.

It was a Valentine's Day dinner so the place was packed and the kitchen taxed. Thus, our food was not as hot as it should've been. Tasty nevertheless. Service was excellent. Music was a notch too loud.

Service was great! Food was average (baked potatoes were not throughly cooked and steaks were overly cooked, but manager and staff were wonderful and handled everything beautifully).
