While it can take awhile to get your food, it is always pretty good. I like how your dog can sit out on the patio. The hosts ( i was seated by a tall blonde girl) are sweet and mackenzie and Lisa are so nice! The man named Dennis ( i believe is his name) gave me the creeps though. This place does seem to have a high turnover. Always new people everytime i come in. Must be a management issue. The place is clean and i like the outdoor option. All in all I think it's a good place to go in the choto area.

Tonight we experienced probably the worst service we have ever experienced. Not just from Craven Wings but any restaurant at all. We were set down at 6:20 and 20 minutes later we were asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered 3 sodas and a beer. We received our sodas with no straws, and no beer. Another 10 minutes go by I finally get up to go get our straws from the bar. Another 15-20 minutes go by our waitress came by and asked up what we ordered so she could get our ticket. Mind you we haven’t even ordered yet. She goes back to the kitchen and 10 minutes later comes back and takes our order. And she brings the beer. We order and wait around another 30 minutes for our food, in which the wing sauce was incorrect, missing fries, dipping sauces etc. all while this is going on we have not had any refills. Every single table around us was experiencing the exact same terrible service. I let our waitress no everything missing, and she goes on. After another 20 or so minutes I let another waitress know we were missing items and needed refills. She had that out within just 2 minutes. I felt so bad asking her, as we were not her table. She was covering the bar, her tables, and now this other waitresses upset customers. Lisa deserves a raise!! She took over and absolutely made a bad experience good. I believe this other waitress must have been just having an overwhelming night, because 4 other tables experienced the same service I mentioned above. No drinks, not having orders taken, wrong meals, no ticket, etc. Mind you it was not crowed tonight. But, we may try the other location or stick to our normal Wednesday nights. Because here it is 8:30 and we’re finally leaving the restaurant. On the bright side all 5 of the complaining tables made small talk to pass the time and Lisa is a GEM and deserves a raise.

To be fair, we came at 8:45 pm but.....my husbands dinner of boneless wings with Mac and cheese was lukewarm at best. They did reheat and "made" new wings that were tasty and hot. I had the Buffalo chicken wrap that had no sauce and the chicken was somewhat sparse. Our waitress did her best. I was very disappointed that no manager came out to apologize. We actually ate at different times due to the cold food. Not sure we will be back

After waiting for 15 minutes after being seated I had to go ask the hostess if we had a server. Multiple parties came in after us and were quickly served. Once a waiter arrived everything was fine but unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. The food is very good and I hope they solve their staffing issues.

There haven't been too many times in my life where my family and I have thrown away lunch/dinner due to terrible food but unfortunately this was one of those times. We ordered mild wings, teriyaki wings, french fries, celery, and a side of garlic parmesan sauce to try.The bad: The chicken itself had a very pungent, gross taste to it. Like it was extra "gamy" or something. I don't know if these were going bad or something else was up, but in any case, these tasted gross. Chicken should have a very neutral taste and these did not taste at all like normal chicken.Their mild sauce was actually just garlic butter. I guess we were expecting like mild buffalo sauce since most restaurants that list mild, medium, hot so we were already disappointed but the garlic butter taste was not good at all. We typically make garlic butter when we are having a crab/shrimp pot so all of us couldn't help but think of seafood as we were trying these. Gross. On top of that, since the sauce didn't have much flavor, we could taste the gross chicken. We didn't like the garlic parmesan sauce either. It was more like a thick, creamy garlic butter with parmesan sprinkled on it. The fries came in a paper bag that was falling apart due to having so much oil soaked into it. That plus their being no salt on the fries made us disappointed as well. These looked to be fresh cut so we were excited at first but ultimately let down. The good: I live 1 min from the place so it was super convenient. It was easy to order online and it was ready in 15 mins like they said. The wings were extra crispy, which I especially like. They gave us 3 extra wings for some reason. The teriyaki sauce was OK, just not my thing. My daughter really liked that sauce, but couldn't eat anymore once she got to the center of the wings and got the gross chicken taste. Conclusion: we ate the mediocre fries and the celery and each ate about 3 wings before we threw the rest away. Nobody wanted any more than the 3-4 they had initially grabbed to try out. Our first time here and we hated lunch and threw 50% of it away. We all agreed that we'll never go here again. Too bad Wild Wing Cafe recently left the area.
