Order a Backyard ranch burger meal for myself and a single burger and sm onion ring for the wife. When I got the bag It had no fries or drink for my meal and the employee said that I did not order a meal. Didnt want to argue and was only charged for the burger so I i left. When I got home my wife bit into her burger a few times then realized is was warm but raw in the middle. Not the first time I have had problems with this location. FYI it seems to always be the night shift.

Do not come to this location if your looking for a pleasant experience and don't request anything extra because the manager at the door thru with the orange dot on his forehead is very rude and will huff and puff if you ask him to do anything. I ask for a kid icecream cup he proceeds to put a icecream CONE in a cup instead of just the plain vanilla icecream and the cup and got upset when I told him this Is not what I have asked for. If I'm going to spend my hard earn money here I'm going to get the food I asked for not the food you think I should have. Save the trouble and go to farragut location instead.

Very bright, clean and fresh feeling as I dined in. My food was delivered to me in the dining area. I received fresh and delicious food. I had the $7 special, chicken strips, fries and a sundae. The customer service was great and the place was a breath of fresh air. I even enjoyed the music that was playing. The patio are was super nice too.
