This Dickey s has horrible customer service and half the time they are out of half the food they offer!! I gave them a second chance and am very sorry i did!! Would not recommend and will not ever go there again!!!

I don't usually have any issues at this location maybe they were having an off day, but I asked for chopped brisket and I received pulled, I don't eat it because of my own personal preference but my husband called into let them know if I could just get the sandwich remade and a man answered and was asking what was wrong with the sandwhich, I said we asked for chopped not pulled and he said he would not give a refund, which is fine we didn't want one I just wanted the sandwich remade and he just seemed as if he didn't want to do that, again I did not want a refund but I wasn't very fond of the man's attitude, he said we could come in and get the replacement meat but at this point I don't want to go In for it, that's my loss but oh well I gue

The last order of chicken at 1:30 in the afternoon and it was very dry. Fried okra wasn't cooked all the way. The roll was hard, coke was sold out and the tea was like water and the ice cream machine was down also. On a positive note the store was clean and the staff was wonderful. The food just wasn't up to par.

Delicious BBQ meat! Easy and convenient. Will be coming back. Although, show up early as they run out later in the day. Would recommend the brisket and the polish sausage.
Two nice girls, but the food that your paying for is not that great the baked potatoe that was 10.99 was cold and they can't warm them. The boneless are more like chicken nuggets!

Surprisingly good! When I saw it was a chain, I had my doubts, but everything was delicious! To be honest, they had me at "hand-cut fries" (which were excellent), but everything was great. Tender ribs, tasty brisket, good mac and cheese. All the bbq sauces (original, spicy, sweet) are really good. And a free ice cream cone! Great value, and very satisfying. Way better than the ribs we had at some "iconic" place in Memphis, and a lot more reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered through uber eats. Ribs was so hard as if they was left out to dry for a week. Worse BBQ I have ever eaten in my life. Even if the food was free I still wouldn't eat it. First time and last time.

Got the family pack. Very disappointing. Their quality has really taken a nose dive. No jalapeno beans, BBQ beans look and taste like canned Bush beans, brisket cut wrong and over cooked, slices of bread instead of yeast rolls, the "Texas BBQ sauce" is just Buffalo sauce. If I wanted Buddy's level of BBQ quality I'd order from Buddy's and save myself $30.
Over half of the items were missing from my order. Missing chicken from both meals, no Mac and cheese, and no toast from just two two-meat plates.

This is my favorite lunch stop at this location. You cannot beat the brisket mac stack! It's the best! Thinking about it makes me hungry right now.They need to bring back the onion tanglers!
Ordered the 3 meat plate. Added a rib... No extra rib. Added pickles... No pickles. Added onions... No onions. Paid for extra BBQ sauce... No sauce at all. No sauce with the meal... None whatsoever. How does a BBQ restaurant forget BBQ sauce?
