I ordered online and did curbside delivery because I had my toddler in the car and it was a quick and seamless interaction. Made it so easy!
Slow, employees don’t seem to care, things get forgotten and orders take hours longer than promised every single time. Needs new management asap

I ordered my emergency pizza for a pizza party and it was so burnt I had to throw it out. So embarrassed plus my brother picked up pizza which I let them know and he was charged for extra sauces that I had paid for. I sent an email and never heard anything back. Very disappointing especially when everyone was looking forward to having pizza.

They let the phone ring ang ring. I heard a member of leaderdership respond verballuy with pick it up and hang it up, which didn't sit well with me. Considering I was still on the phone line & standing in the pick-up area, I was just observing. Then, when I got my pizza it was supposed to be Hawaiian but had no pineapples. It was truly disappointing.

I’m not even giving a 1 star the fact that I order my kids some food before I had to leave I come back 2 hrs later for them to tell me the food hasn’t came remind you I’m 5 minutes down the street and I have spent a lot of money with them but I make a trip to the store to let them know hey I place a order hours ago it never made it so I placed another order so can you please refund one of the orders he goes to say I will not because that’s not like are delivery person to do that I say well it’s been hours still no delivery not on my cameras or nothing we’ll as the manager tells me he will not refund my money and he has order to make he will wait until the delivery person came back to confirm and walks away still yelling at me and started to make a order when I politely told him that one of the orders he was rushing to make that was more important then my problem is one of the orders I just reorder but now you can cancel both of my orders and refund me both my orders back I will never eat here again since you want to have a nasty attitude I will definitely take my business somewhere else remind you my order was $110 then he tells me I will not get a refund back smh I had to call the police to get a police report to prove what happened the fact the delivery person comes back and admitted she took it to the wrong place now they both in the wrong hey wanted to team up on me well I got the police report and waiting to speak with corporate due to it being a weekend and what is sad is they both was manager and still didn’t apologize told the police for me not to come back lol DO YOU REALLY THINK I WAS the fact I always spend a lot money at this store and never had this problem before the 3 that worked today is definitely bad for the company I can only imagine the money they have ran off with that nasty attitude especially to be a manager and if she wasn’t so guilty why did she speed off when she saw the police coming she knew they was needed to talk to her but they waited til she got back and for corporate look at the cameras the cameras don’t lie you need better clean employees if you can’t find better you need to run it yourself or shut it down until you can do better and it’s sad because this location is convenient for ALOT OF PEOPLE most of the people in my subdivision don’t eat there no more sad!

It sucks when you think that you are calling a local Domino's Pizza, only to get someone from who knows where, trying to answer a simple question. In my town, there are two locations on the same street. I was just trying to see if I had the right one. Someone who sounded like the spam calls that I get regularly from a sweat shop in India, put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes to "connect" me to my preferred location. Modern technology at its finest.

Order from this place a lot because it's like 5 minutes away.. Mixed results. Had some terrible pizzas and some excellent ones. Staff is usually decent. This is the second time however that they gave me a pizza with no sauce. Reprehensible. Got it on my lunch break so no time for a redo. Called the place to let them know but no answer. I know it's busy today but man. C'mon. Nobody orders a pizza with no sauce.
