We went on a Saturday after my sons game and we had been turned down at other places for our group of 16. The other places were empty but still told us it would be a long wait. We called this location and even though they were busy they got us right in. They were super accommodating and clearly wanted our business. Fast service, great food and even better the prices are still reasonable. It is hard to go anywhere these days and as a family of five spend a lot on eating out. We felt like this was right on point!

This Double Dogs location is trash. Servers do not do their job. Literally had to ask for drinks at the end of our meal because our server did not feel the need to check on us. All she did was bring us our first drinks and took the order. Would have said something to the manager, but unfortunately she was bent over the food serving bar on her phone. Hardin Valley is 100% better. This is our second attempt at trying this location and each time it’s just been awful service. Do your job or find a different career.

Went for St. Patrick Day. Plenty of TV'S on every wall to watch the game. Good food and green beer. Friendly staff, too. Lots of seating options inside and outside.Try the Steak and Fries salad or the Stroganoff Mac n Cheese

I'll give the food a 5, the pot pie and double dogs were great. The wings were a little tough.

Double Dogs went above and beyond! My husband & I have a 2 year old son who is disabled and in a wheelchair. The employees noticed us getting out of the car. One held the door open for us and another sat us at a table. The table already had a chair pulled out to make room for my son’s wheelchair and a kids menu with crayons waiting for him! As I sat down I had tears in my eyes. Most everywhere we go people are nice and accommodating, but double dogs anticipated our needs and I didn’t have to ask for anything. A lot of places also assume our son won’t be interested in crayons, and while we have to help him color, we enjoy coloring with him. Thank you double dogs for accommodating our family and treating our son with such respect!

I’ve been to the two Knoxville locations numerous times. Three things that are great:-Always very clean. Bathrooms and restaurant.-Staff is always very attentive and friendly.-Atmosphere is really nice. Many TVs great place to watch sports! But here’s the problem. The food I’ve experienced (every time) is horrible. The quality is very bad, worse than any restaurant that I can think of. We went there tonight and I had the same experience that I’ve always had with the food being poor quality. Specifics:As an appetizer we ordered the queso with meat & chips appetizer. The queso with meat was decent, but the tortilla chips were awful. Basically the same chips as a big grocery store generic brand.I ordered the cheese pizza with my son to split. It was overly cheesy, greasy and the crust was very bad.My wife ordered the Stroganoff Mac & Cheese. We both thought it tasted extremely bland and the cheese used was not good.My son got Mac & Cheese. He didn’t eat it.My daughter got a house salad. She enjoyed it, but she’s 8 and only has lettuce, cheese, bacon and ranch dressing. To be fair, I’ve never had one of their Hot Dogs. This maybe what they are known for, so I can’t comment on that. But overall the menu is only bar food; but bad bar food.Additionally, for a sports bar, it’s a disappointing draft beer selection. I’d think they would have 20+ beers on tap. I only saw 7-8 options on their menu. After 20% tip, our family of four spent $98. I can think of ten places within a five mile radius where we could have spent less and had exponentially better food.

Sports bar place with that type of menu. Food and service were good but could have been better in my opinion. Wings had decent flavor but were just warm like they had sat for a while. Server would disappear at times, but when we did get a request in, it was taken care of quickly.
