I almost always order on the mobile app when I visit this location. Service has always been pretty fast, and I like that the app gives you the option to place the order when it will be the best timing to pick it up based on how far away you are. Some days, the staff are focused and less friendly, but it's typically busy then, and I understand it. I've never had an incorrect order here.
Never coming back here again. This place gives me the ICK. Baaaaaaad. All I ordered in the drive thru was a grilled cheese sandwich and what was her reply? Giggles and laughs only. No, “ pull around for your total” no “ see you at the window”. No. All she did was laugh and it was really eerie… red flag. ? something isn’t right here and I’m happy that I won’t be coming back!

Fairly new location and have only gone through the drive thru on the way or return to Knoxville. Most times the employee at the window seems overwhelmed which may be due to being short staffed. Our drinks are usually up to par.

I live by here and have stopped 4 times. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it always takes at least 20 minutes in the drive trough for a coffee. They are never busy enough for it to take this long. Employees stand around and talk rather than work. I leave mad every time.

I was disappointed that the donut options did not include: Jelly Apple Spice Chocolate Covered Chocolate creme filled I still manage to get 2 dozen even though some of the best were missing. CALEB WAS VERY HELPFUL, IS THE BEST, and IS NOT SCARY - despite what some other rude staff member had to say too loudly in front of other customers. 4 Stars for donut selection and crappy parking.
