Hard to find, had to meter "pay" park, did not except cash nor the Dunkin App for payment or points and the two female employee's were short, rude and glad the day was ending; which is my last complaint, they close at 2pm for the day... Great place for a real Dunkin! ?
This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Every single time I’m there they are so rude and short with me. Everyone I talk to about this feels the same way. I understand that food service is a stressful time, and college students don’t make it easier. But never have I felt compelled to tell a cashier to “learn to be polite.” I have never even felt compelled to write a review. I love Dunkin Donuts... just not this one. It's basically a standalone coffee shop owned by Aramark pretending to be a Dunkin. They don't take anything on the app, no order-ahead, no gift cards, no cash, no rewards, etc. If I want Dunkin, I drive to west or south Knoxville.
