Okay. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin. I ordered through the app using pints and when I arrived and got my drink I noticed it was wrong. There was no cold foam on top but I was willing to overlook it and go about my day. That is until I tasted it. There was absolutely no blueberry flavor or liquid can sugar. I decided to go back and told them that I didn’t think it was right. The man working the drive thru was extremely nice and helpful. He got someone to remake the drink. To me is seemed as though the employees were too busy playing and shouting to get the order correct. There was also someone working there that uses profanity which I didn’t appreciate. All this being said, the second drink was still incorrect and it got poured out. Won’t be back.

Staff was very rude. Everytime I go they never have the coffee I was wanting. I asked for cream in my ice coffee and it was all cream when I said it was wrong they gave me a major attitude. I don't think I will ever go back to this

I told the women I had a online order and a separate order and she said “ what is your order” I asked her which one and the lady started yelling at me for no reason at all. Ends up saying we didn’t have the online order there and we showed them the address and the receipt for the online still didn’t give us the drink. Then she calls me childish and slams the door window on me when I asked her why she was screaming at me.I pretty sure she spit in my drink too when they was making it but I’m totally sure.this was like a month ago when it happened.

Literally THE WORST!! I came through with a mobile order and one of the things I ordered wasnt available, which is understandable and I'm sure it happens all the time, that was fine. My problem was when I said it was fine and they could just refund it they said they would get it done then I sat in line for over ten minutes trying to just get my drinks (that i could see they already made!! and just sitting there to get cold) and the bagel bites I ordered. I gave up on the refund when the workers became EXTREMELY rude when I asked what was up. After all of that I ended up with the wrong food and a room temp hot chocolate. Swiss Miss is 10x better than whatever they got going on

I love Dunkin. I get it every single day, and this location is one of the ones I visit every day. There are two people I would love to recognize. The first is a young lady, with piercings (septum and side of nose I believe), and pretty, brown hair, who usually has her makeup done. She is usually in the drive-thru and I cannot recall her name. She is always so so sweet to me and has conversations with me and she should 100% be recognized for a job well done. The other person I adore at this Dunkin is Taylor. She works the morning shift and her energy is everything!! She is always so spunky and full of life. I loooooove seeing her in the mornings before school. Please give these two women some recognition, they deserve every bit of it!!

I called and asked for cold foam three times. I spent $11 on a coffee and I was told that a seat down in the drink by the manager and all the other voices in the back as I was on the phone. Worst experience ever completely disrespectful. I do not recommend. not to mention the bacon not being done in the hashbrowns are freezing cold.
