I've only been here twice, and both times the drive through wait time was absolutely ridiculous, and we'd ordered ahead on the app. This seems to be a trend with East TN Dunkins. Hard pass.
This Dunken prioritizes drive thru and take out to the point they provide terrible service to walk in customers. Nobody is dedicated to working the counter so they ignore walk in customers.

Customer service is dead, and this Dunkin is a prime example! It has been lacking the past few times we've been here, but it's officially dead today. We walked in, and the guy behind the counter stared at us, then paced behind the counter for a few minutes doing nothing but pacing before finally asking if there was anything he could get us.
