I went through the drive-thru to pick up dinner. we had the Alfredo and the spaghetti with meat sauce. Both were very good. We didn't have a very long wait at the drive-thru line. Everything was good.

1st time. Decent food, fast casual, my mom thought it was confusing to see self serve metal forks and plastic knives. The stuffed shrimp shells with cheese was stuffed with ricotta with shrimp in the sauce. The staff was considerate to my mom, substituting in alfredo instead of regular marinara for her entree. She said her dish was too salty, but I thought it was OK since cheese is supposed to have salt in it. I looked for the plate return area. The staff inverted a tray over the trash bin hole at that station with a sign to leave our dishes on the table for them to clean up. For dinner overall, more affordable and quicker than most sit down Italian restaurants. Seating was about 50% full on Monday night. Staffing appears adequate for bigger crowds.

The whole team seemed to be in a good mood and getting along with each other. This friendly atmosphere was very nice and helped us enjoy our meal.I would like to take a moment to mention a couple of people that seemed to stand out to us. Graham was the manager that we met. He was talking orders, and listened to my wife to work around her allergies.The other person is Lilly. She was moving the whole time we were in the restaurant. She smiled and spoke to people as she was working in the dining room.Thanks for a great meal!!!The food was good and the service was excellent.I will continue to recommend Fazoli's to friends and family!!!

Was gifted this for a meal. It's a fast food pasta place, not expecting gourmet. It was becoming frustrating when I pulled out two long hairs from my mouth that was in our baked spaghetti. Really gross.....sanitation please!

I did a pick up catering order for my team and the food was DELICIOUS! The manager from the Knoxville Store was in touch with me the day after I placed the order (which I appreciated since I didn't order enough dressing for the salad) to make sure the order was correct,he was super friendly and helpful plus added a few extra bread sticks! My while team gave the food a thumbs up!!! We will definitely order again

Fazolis is pleasantly surprising. It reminds me of a scaled down Olive Garden.The bread sticks were fantastic, and the pizza baked pasta was ok but kinda plain.Overall I would not go out of my way to eat here again but it was good.
