Ordered two hot subs. Get them home. They are cold and no cheese. Ordered an Italian sub and a turkey sub. Took pictures to prove it.

We ordered two sandwiches online for pick up, and when I got home, they were on the wrong bread. My husband absolutely did not enjoy the whole wheat bread, and my sandwich was bland without the whole wheat bread. We are very disappointed in this mistake. Hopefully our next experience will be better. The sandwich also had entirely too much mayonnaise, which made for a very sloppy, eating experience.

Hook and ladder is the best. Order this sandwich each time I visit. First time visiting this store but like always Firehouse Subs have great fast food and they contribute to a wonderful cause.Parking: The parking lot is shared with a few other businesses, so at certain times of the day, the parking can be hard to find. THE WEEKENDS ARE THE WORST. obviously.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu and cool firefighters and truck memorabilia as decoration for the entire store.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is not automatic, but the parking lot does have handicap parking.

Love my pizza sub it was absolutely delicious and fresh. The macaroni was great and so we're the cookies. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially John he always goes above and beyond to make customers happy

Got 4 large subs. Two were fine, the other two were supposed to be one regular cheesesteak and the other with wheat bread without mustard and with regular mayo and with extra caramelized onion and pepper. They evidently got the two mixed up and put the regular on wheat and put so much mayo on the other one it was gross. (I have a pic for management but couldn't figure out how to post it) Tried to call but couldn't get an answer. These just cost way too much to not get what you want. It was our first time and possibly our last. I really wish management would contact me to make this right because I can't get an answer on the phone.
