Always a hopping breakfast spot! We sat outside to be seated faster (went from an hour wait to immediately seated!) We cannot say enough about how excellent the food is here! 10/10 every time!

Twice now, at this location, after being asked if everything was good and responding 'no'... the reply is 'very good'. Then I state the food was prepared wrong, and their reply is, 'Oh, I'm sorry. We'll get it right next time.' I will not go back to this location again. Our first visit was a couple of months after opening, the most recent was March 2024. The food tasted good, just not prepared right and they seem not to care about it when told!

Food is good. But $75 just for bacon and waffles and pancakes. Nope that’s unreal. I’m not rich. And no one around here is. Need to put the price on the paper. I would had water. If your budget is $10-$15 a person I’d go somewhere else. Just been real.

Like the interior and the food was so good. Definitely come back.
Honestly, I want to like First Watch more than I actually do. I've eaten in a few in other states. The people are very friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere.My big issue with it is, the food is decent but for the price I'm paying I expect the food to be amazing and it just doesn't do that for me. My pancakes were all right but I can get amazing pancakes elsewhere in Knoxville for the same price and some places much cheaper. I'm not going to even mention the alcohol prices.Do yourself a favor and check out mom and pop diners your taste buds and your wallet will thank you.

This is my favorite brunch place! They stay super busy so definitely check the waitlist before going and reserve your spot! Staff is friendly and efficient, lemon ricotta pancakes are unbeatable, and their honey iced coffee is amazing! Their Atmosphere is lovely and the price is fair considering what you get! Large portions & the place is always clean
