We used the app to get on the waiting list at 9:30am. We arrived at 9:55am and checked in. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. We weren't seated until 10:23am. Around 25-30 people were seated as we waited. We were a group of 7, but there were a couple of times where they could have easily put two tables together to get us seated sooner. It seemed that the hostess just chose a table that for us and we had to wait until that table became vacant. Also, paying for the food requires standing in another line, which at one point had about 15 people waiting in it. It would be a much better experience to be able to pay at the table.

Always love eating here.. the food is exceptional. I overeat every single time! Breakfast is the best thing on the menu. The million dollar bacon is one of my favorites. Whenever I go out of town or on vacation, I check ahead of time to see if there's a First Watch nearby. After visiting Gatlinburg, I'm so glad there was one on the way home! ????

Been quite a while since I was impressed by breakfast. Service was stellar and food was perfectly prepared. The million dollar bacon is a must-try. French Toast and classic eggs Benedict both flavorful.
Terrible I had to wait for 1 hr to get a table and there was like 5 tables available and sufficient staff to cover.

Our service was amazing, it was quite loud compared to what I like but I don't quite know what else to expect for the buildings lay out, the bathrooms were amazing, my only issue is my potato's were undercooked, raw in the middle, all I could taste was the onion and I didn't even believe that my BLT was a BLT until I tore it apart to find one single piece of bacon under the egg, lettuce and tomato. Also 100% personal preference but my bread wasn't toasted on the BLT either???Overall I MIGHT try their food again after a few months but after being back for the first time in years I am disappointed.Service was amazing but food has me suffering in the bathroom.
