I got my burger and the bottom bun was reallllly greasy. But l stopped and got buns frm store came home and refixed it. The mayo and mustard l got was on the side. And it was delicious. But all in all it was a fantastic experience!!!

This is the best Five Guys I’ve ever been to. We make a special trip to Knoxville a few times a year just for this Five Guys location (for at least the past 6 years). We have at least 3 other locations within 15 minutes of us, but we will drive an hour and a half for this one. It’s really that good.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free option (no bread) if you have celiac disease.Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly.

So this is a tough one... As a burger fanatic, I have had some of the best burgers in the across the States and Canada. Yes, Canada. Overall, the burgers are seasoned very well, cooked correctly, and not thrown together like a kindergartener. When you unwrap your "samich," it is well presented. They give you more fries than you would imagine..in a good way. My one and only thing I found, which is so small, it's not even a complaint, was the fries. It's just a tad bit heavy on the seasoning. Don't get me wrong, I love seasoning. Some may find it just fine. Again, not complaining. The fries over all are great and fresh cut. Great staff and prompt service and atmosphere. All in all, great place for a burger. Keep it up. Thanks for a great lunch.

This place has lost its luster in the burger market. Burgers have little variety and fries are ok but usually greasy. Expensive and Not my go to place for burgers anymoreParking: I've eaten at several locations in the area when we first moved to Knoxville but have since found better burgers!

Me and my family use to love this location. But as of late I don't know what's going on. We always order the same thing and the regulars that work know our order to a tee. They are always friendly no matter who is working. But the food part not sure what's happening. The time before last we got barely and I mean barely any fries. And considering you pay almost $30 for 3 large Cajuns and basically got what could count as one small that was ridiculous. This time around we got the regular amount but they were not Cajun just regular and kinda over salted. Me and my kid don't really eat meat have food allergies and her dad only occasionally gets the burgers. She also tends to fixate on certain foods since she is on the spectrum. So when she likes something and we are close it's what she will want. Not sure what is happening but consistency is definitely key. And we've always had great experiences till these last two visits.
