Be careful when you say, "top shelf margarita" I was thinking maybe a $40 dollar drink-not $70! Perhaps alerting someone that it will be about 500% more than the regular margarita ($15) Never asked which brand when I ordered. Just glad that they didn't slam me with the $150 one.

The Five Thirty Lounge is located on the rooftop of the Hyatt building. I was really looking forward to trying this place and we made a reservation for 6:15PM for Thursday April 18, opting for an outside "mountain view". I highly recommend making a reservation, especially for larger parties. Our server was attentive, the craft drinks were delicious, the view was amazing...and the food was HORRIBLE and OVERPRICED !! Our bill for the four of us was $300. We had a total of 6 cocktails, 1 glass of wine, 4 tuna hand rolls and 2 carpaccio hand rolls. Their food menu had not been updated and the items we really wanted were not available. The food options are very limited. Not only were the rolls overpriced at $21 and $22 each (3 small hand rolls come in each order), there was almost NO tuna and NO meat in those rolls. Too much seaweed made the rolls overly "fishy" and inedible. An overpriced disappointment. On the way out we passed through the hotel area again and our friend joked that the pre-made sandwich in the case close to the exit would've been a much better food option than what we just experienced. If you choose to enjoy the rooftop ambiance, I recommend ordering drinks only (the cocktails are good and prices are what you would typically expect for this type of establishment) but go somewhere else for dinner. ANYWHERE ELSE would have been better for food. Many great restaurants close by including Nama if you're looking for good sushi.

Best espresso martini in town easily. Such a swanky vibe and environment. Bartender was extremely pleasant and quick to recognize when other people walked up to ensure they did not have a long wait. I will definitely be stopped back next time I'm in town!

530 has a great environment that allows you to relax and have conversation without the loud noise. Comfortable with great service. Aidan made sure we had what we needed in timely fashion without interrupting our night… Our bartender, Kenzie was spot on with our cocktails.

The entire space was beautiful, and the vibe was exactly right. I enjoyed a wonderful drink, a delicious “snack,” and conversation galore with my girls!
