It was ok. Nothing to write home about. It would be outstanding if you were a novice to good bbq. The sides were good. Food took a long time to cook/prep. We noticed a LOT of call ahead orders and I can see why. There are other better bbq places within 5 miles or so, but try it just to say you did.

Stopped here on the way through Knoxville on a cross country trip with my dad. Dog friendly patio. Great BBQ

They had checkers to play and a few other games to play but most importantly the food was amazing and cheap and comes with a lot of food and it was fast getting the food

They give you a whole lot of food. The barbecue was good and glad they were stingy with the sides! You get your money's worth!

Best bbq place I've found since I relocated to Knoxville from Nashville in 1995. I've always been really disappointed with the food here as compared to the food in Nashville, especially, barbecue. Not anymore. I should say, however, that I've only tried the pork. Not bad.

Very clever to repurpose and old gas station for a BBQ joint. They have part of their kitchen even set up on old car wash portion. The drive thru is along side the station in the pumping lanes. It was very easy to order online and easy to find. Got the 3-meat platter w Barbacoa, brisket and pork. Sides were supposed to be fries, coleslaw and beans (paid extra for additional side). Got home and disappointed received two slaws and no beans. :(. Brisket - delicious juicy and tender! Pork - delicious and juicy and tender! Barbacoa - meh but might be just my taste. Very heavenly seasoned with some kind of spice I'm not a fan of (like cumin or something) Fries - yum (like hand cut) Coleslaw - yum (good thing cause for two orders of it) similar to a KFC type slaw (not too sweet not too tangy) Roll - Meh like store bought Price overall was pretty good. I might go back if in area again.

Great BBQ, very flavorfully. Highly recommend this place to everyone! If the serving size was just a little better I would have gladly gave a five star. Now I understand cost of everything is crazy right now.... I understand.. however, I eat a lot of BBQ, so I believe I am giving a fair assessment.Hopefully the owner will carefully consider.?

Super yummy and so filling! This is half rack. Their sweet & spicy sauce is my favorite ?

This place is the absolute worst. Ordered the loaded pork bbq fries and when I got home, there wasn’t a single piece of pork in the bag. Sad because this place used to be the best bbq around, now the only thing they seem to be good at is disappointing their customers. I won’t ever be going back to Full Service BBQ again.

This place is amazing! The food is really good, excellent portions, great texture and taste. But, what really made me choose them over others: Top Notch CUSTOMER SERVICE, which lately, most places lack. Thank you FULL SERVICE BBQ staff! You all make a difference?❤️

Food is 10 out of 10: the order takers; 1 out of 10, basically just argumentative. But if you can suffer through the attitude the food is off the chain!

Beef shoulder not brisket?!?I've had Full Service BBQ, multiple times. Mostly satisfied, a little pricey, but for good, fresh smoked food had figured it was worth it.Tonight though, my pound of beef brisket more closely resembles a shoulder roast, not brisket. Long, 3 inch, "string" pieces of meat. Still tender with a decent smoke flavor, but NOT brisket... disappointing.

Saltiest bbq I have ever had!! We couldn't even finish our meal because of the amount of salt on the pulled chicken! It does NOT need that much salt!! It was also watery chicken, which I have never experienced before in a bbq chicken and don't care to ever again!! Good smoked chicken doesn't need a lot of flavors added. We will add the flavor with the bbq sauce. The baked beans were okay and the slaw was good. For the price, the bbq should be a lot better! Back to Buddy's we go!!

New to town from ATL. Full Service is so far the best in Knoxville. Brisket is top notch. Pork is good. Barbacoa is VERY tasty!! However, it's really salty. Fries are loved by the family but again pretty salty. Chicken is great! Juicy, tender and pulls apart easy. Baked beans, green beans, make and cheese are all done well! Requests: Collards as a regular menu item. 2 meat choice on family pack. Cup holders are too small to hold sides and sauce cups. One of the cups cracked and leaked.

Okay. I love this place I do. But I don’t understand why there “servers” ask for tips BEFORE you even get your food. I did leave a tip the first time and guess what? An important part of my order was missing. I don’t believe in tipping before the service. If you do a good job sure I’d tip. But you gotta do a good job…
