Pleasant and fast service, if you like a lot of flavor you may want ask for it “spicy” as it was quite bland. The General Tso’s chicken was very heavily breaded and very chewy- we dined at 3pm which is the hour they switch to dinner and the chicken reflected that. The Szechuan chicken was perfect texture and mix of veggies/tender chicken/sauce but was also not as spicy as we like. Reasonable value and would try again for lunch (earlier) and order spicy.

The best American-Chinese takeout in Knoxville that I’ve found so far. It’s hard to find good Chinese coming from cities with china town. Always tastes fresh and is warm on delivery. Orders are completed and delivered quickly.Big fan of the chicken dishes, lo mein and egg rolls. Do yourself a favor and order the crab Rangoon. It’s so fresh and actually taste like crab, not just cream cheese like many others. The chicken wings didn’t do it for us, but.. they’re wings at a chinese restaurant so ??♀️. I do miss the ability to order smaller portions of multiple dishes and pu pu plasters like I grew up with, but that appears to be regional.

This is the WORST Asian-inspired food that I've ever tried. I say "tried," because it was so gross I couldn't eat it. I orderedGeneral Tso's Chicken, a Pork Egg Roll, Hunan Beef, and Hot and Sour Soup. Everything except the egg roll (which are pre-made) was unpalatable. I spent nearly $50 on food that I had to throw away. For starters, The General Tso's Chicken was spongy because it was swimming in watered-down sauce. It was gross and had no flavor. The Hunan beef was rubbery and had no flavor. The Hot & Sour soup was neither hot nor sour. I tried to give the restaurant the courtesy of explaining to me what went wrong with my food prior to writing this review. Well, that conversation went the way of the Titanic. The entire experience is disappointing. I will never order their food again.

We got takeout from this place. The potstickers were really good. The general tso's was probably the worst I have had, tbh. It was battered like sweet and sour chicken. It was soft and not crispy at all, which is not what you typically expect from general tso's. Additionally, the sauce was just not great either. Don't get me wrong, it was edible, but if you are craving general tsos, this does not hit the spot. The fried rice was also kind of bland. It is hard to explain the taste, but I ended up eating half and tossing the rest.

Absolutely great people working food is always great we order at least 2 a week ??
Great food, good ownership, affordable prices. Only downside could be they primarily work through take out orders, but for some that isn’t a problem! I love Golden Garden, my friends and I have been eating there for years. I would recommend to anyone looking for some affordable but great quality Chinese food!Parking: Shopping center level of parking - tons.
This place has the very best crab rangoon you can find. Tastes just like homemade.

They have the most delishes and authentic food, And you get plenty to eat. No indoor dining anymore tho which we miss. It's a friendly family owned restaurant. We have done both dine in and take out.
