We were on our way back from our visit to The Titanic Museum...we were craving for some good Nashville Hot Fried Chicken ?....Found this place from Google reviews and it didn't disappoint us ..Kim was great!! Patiently took our order - Friend Tomatoes...Fried Okra...Fried chicken...where she was generous to add some more free pieces of fried chicken ??...The chicken was juicy, well cooked, lightly breaded...and a hint of the hot ? spice...!! The fried okra and fried tomatoes were good too!! Recommend Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken ???

We were 6 hours away from home, and decided to give Gus a try. From the moment we walked in I felt we chose the right place, smiles, and greetings, very clean, and attentive, food was fresh, fast, and as we ordered. I will say back home Gus have more flavor with less hotness, here it was the other way around. If you love hot you’ll really enjoy, it was just a bit too hot for me. Most definitely will go back if in town. Show out to everyone working, it takes a team to keep it going, our waitress was one of the best I ever had.Parking: Knoxville, big parking lot!Kid-friendliness: My son enjoyed it!

Went to a Gus's while I was in Kentucky and could not stop thinking about how good the chicken was. Come to my surprise when I found out there was a Gus's in Knoxville!!!! I was so pumped. I wasted no time to get there and it was everything I expected and more. Same great service and same flavorful fried chicken ! Thank you for another awesome experience Gus's. You are forever in the rotation of nights out ?

Don't understand what these people see in this place. Chicken was not spicy. Only good thing was I ordered a 2 PC white meat. The breats was so small they gave me two wings. The fried pickles was the highlight of the meal

The food was phenomenal, the staff was so friendly and amazing... like literally when we were leaving everyone was saying thanks for coming and just so welcoming..... even if the food wasn't so great the welcoming staff will keep you coming back. I tried the chicken and every side dish and they were all tasty and flavorful, the collards will have you actually wanting more....10/10 just Go there!!
