You buy 2 dozen cookies and they refuse to give you a bakers dozen! $13.90 per dozen total $30.36. I've bought cookies for my family for years but NO MORE! Plenty more good bakeries around.

I was at ham and goodies today and was going to order cookies, but then I saw the cashier take my cash give me change and then go right back to working on cookies with her hands that just took and gave me cash.

Was so disappointed. Ate at the Cedar Bluff location for lunch today. Walked in and special board said “grilled ham and Swiss sandwich with honey Dijon mustard”. Went up to counter and ordered daily sandwich special with tomato bisque as side. Was served the WORST tuna salad sandwich I’ve ever had (Subway is better) and the bisque was so acidic I had heartburn before leaving. I pointed out to staff they had the wrong special listed and that I was disappointed and was offered no compensation- not even 1 free cookie. I love their lemon cookies but vowed today to NEVER eat there again. So sad because I love to support my local community businesses.

Cedar Bluff Location: This is the first year celebrating my birthday without my mom. So I'm passing the birthday cake baton from my mom to Ham'N Goodys. This cake was absolutely delicious! The fresh strawberries, moist and flavorful cake was a treat beyond describtion. The team there is kind and joyful - and the resturant is neat and clean.I'm grateful for this Knoxville Staple!BTW - have you tried the lemon cookies?! YUM YUM YUM!!

I cannot brag on this location enough! Their food is absolutely amazing and no one has to guess that the cookies are great! But that isn't all they're good for, their service is next level! I'd like to especially brag on Chris! He made the atmosphere very energetic and sweet!

Very sorry for disrupting your day, lady at the counter who would clearly rather be anywhere else in the world.

First time here. First, we didn’t get the “free cookie” until we overheard another customer get one since it was his first time. We racked our brains on ✨why✨ we weren’t offered one even though we entered and informed it was our first time. We ate our meal then asked if we would get a cookie as well since it’s our first time. We tried the “famous” lemon cookie and decided to order a dozen. The dozen tasted different from what we tried. Little upset over that. Pictured is the steak and cheese and the TOM sandwich. Sandwich 6/10. Cookie 7/10. Customer service 4/10. If we didn’t get a gift card for this place, we probably wouldn’t have ever gone here. Will likely not come back.

Love it. The baker goods are great! The food is simple but very tasty. The staff is friendly and courteous. Although the price tag on a sandwich may seem steep, by the time you choose a homemade side (go for the soup and cornbread; skip the bagged chips) and beverage included — very nice meal for a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

The H&G on Cedar Bluff needs to learn how to manage time better. They were too focused on getting curbside orders done, they appeared rude and unhelpful when I got to the counter. There apeared to only be one person who knew what they were doing and she was ordering everyone around in a demeaning and negative way. The food here is very good, just don't get how they manage operations.
