Worst food I have every had it was undercooked and it took forever to get the food they said we was waiting on chicken to cook well when I got home the chicken was cold so there is no way we was waiting on chicken and you could tell the fry’s had been sitting there for awhile the Hardee’s on western is the worst they should just be closed down I have a bad experience every time I go

The Hardee's on western Ave in Knoxville TN. Is horrible. They screw up orders. They never have enough people working. It takes a really long time to just to place your order and a lot longer to receive the order. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day or what day it is. Drive thru or insid. I always get the same result. Who ever is in charge needs to fix it.
I came thru drive thru last night, and the food was fresh. Service was amazing!!!! Now my favorite location!!

If I could give no stars I would I go to this location frequently since it’s the closest to my area other then driving across town to other locations and every time I visit the western location it’s like the whole crew are smart a$$es they are very rude and liars I asked for large hash browns every time I go and they always give me a small every time you ask for condiments it’s like they have a problem to serve the customers wether it’s jelly,hot sauce,sugars and creamers it’s an issue with the whole store I feel like corporate needs to get involved as the two managers at this location aren’t doing they’re job at all this is crazy for me to spend 20+ dollars every time I come here and them to act like it’s a issue to serve the customers if you aren’t happy you work at Hardee’s go find another job because the whole crew are worthless at western ave location

I always have to wait 10 mins in the drive through and ten mins for them to bring my food only to have it cold and not right. I mean, there is not one positive experience I could say about this specific store.

I love stopping by on my way to work but the service is absolutely awful! They take forever to take your order most of the time they are rude when taking your order. It's just the slowest place in the morning. After taking your order in the drive thru they ask you to pull around to the front of the building and sit there forever. That's if they don't forget about you out there.
