Food is over priced for sure. Food is also cold. You want fresh, find somewhere else because this aint it. Also, poor service as well

This is the most ridiculous wait time I’ve ever experienced at a Hardee’s. After waiting in line 23 minutes, we left. We pulled around the drive thru. It appeared as if no one was inside working at all.

We had separate orders n we got all the way back to the office n they forgot my order all of it so on a 30 min lunch break I had to go all the way back to get my food. N it was not worth it

Apparently they close every day at 2 pm even though everything online says they're open until 9 pm. Get your story straight. How are you even still in business? You don't stay open long enough to make it worth being open at all.

Chicken Sandwich was horrible. Taste of old oil in deep fryer very strong. Had numerous disappointments at this store for the last 8 years. Other stores do a lot better than this one. I like Hardees and wish this location would get their act together.
Not even a smile. No bacon for a sandwich. I’ll just pay, dont offer anything. No thank you. No anything that resembles a real business… couldn’t even get a manager on the phone…

The staff were very rude!!! It took over 30 minutes to get our food (to go) and when we did get it and were on the road we realized everything wasn't in the bag and my chicken biscuit tasted like it was SOAKED in OLD oil. It was so bad I could not eat it! We will definitely never go back to this location

Not only has this been done to me but many people. The workers all look suspicious. If you don’t ask for your credit cards back they don’t give them back ? the man at the window wasn’t paying attention to how well I observed my surroundings. 3 of us drove through the drive thru Separate hours. Absolutely the rudest place I've ever been. As we were trying to place our order a person outside was flipping the sign back and forth from breakfast to lunch. The person inside said she was on breakfast so that was fine but I had 2 teenagers in the back who just got so frustrated with the continuing of the flipping of the sign they couldn't read the menu and decided to not order as the person inside was getting extremely upset because we did not know what to order and kept telling us she's ready, she's ready place my order now. I should have drove away. Tell this person out here to stop playing games!! When I got my food and drink it was shoved at me with a dirty look.
