I don't know what took us so long to get to this restaurant. However, the wait was totally worth it! I have to say it's probably one of the best meals I've ever had in my entire life, and I know good food! We ordered half of the menu. OK that might be an exaggeration. However, we ordered raw oysters, the oysters Rockefeller, tuna tartar, crabcake, carpaccio, prime rib, fillet, and the New York strip. Every bite, every morsel of food that I put in my mouth was not just good. It was exceptional. Our waitress was awesome and took incredible care of us. We had an amazing experience, and I cannot wait to go back.

Tonight Harvest was spot on. Our server Alicia was attentive but not overbearing and the drinks were quickly filled and tasty. The prime rib tonight was particularly delicious,as was the blood orange salmon.

This was my first visit at Harvest. The server was wonderful- attentive but not intrusive, the food was delicious, and I loved the mocktail menu. Even though it was busy when we arrived, the tables and booths are spaced in a way that we didn't feel crowded.

We came for Sunday brunch and enjoyed mimosas and bloody Marys with our meals. Service was tad slow but our server was very polite. Overall, the food was great. My only critique would be that the Appalachian Shrimp and Grits (sauce) was overly salty. I would absolutely have loved it and it's robust seasoning with a little less salt.

The lunch I had may have been the best I've had in Knoxville. Our server was attentive. The price was a bit higher than most places and the atmosphere average. For those willing to pay a bit more for lunch, however, it is well worth it.

This was our first time. The food was great. Service was good. Only thing I would recommend is that the employees could be a little more professional. Even though they were really nice and service was good the hostess could if at least smiled she acted like she really did not want to be there. She was the one that was sitting people then clearing tables. Other then that it was great and we will be back

We made reservations for 1 p.m. and decided to go earlier. I saw on Open Table there were reservations available for 11:15 a.m. so I tried to just switch it but the app would not allow it since it was within two hours of our reservation. We decided to just go on early anyway. When I arrived, I was not greeted except with a “do you have a reservation?” I explained that we have one later but decided to come earlier. We were then seated in the middle of a very long bench with our backs to the window seat area. There were empty booths all around us, and remained empty the entire time we we were there. Our server, Ashley, was pleasant and professional. The shrimp and grits could have been 5 star but it was very salty (having Benton's bacon as well as whatever salt is in the sauce just put it over the top), and should be served with some type of toast/bread IMO. My husband had the shakshuka, which was excellent. Overall disappointed mostly in where we were seated.

Went for brunch on a Sunday. Was not crowded so that was a plus. Our server was okay she didn't really pay attention to our table that much. The food was not so good. Ordered shrimp and grits and the grits was very under cooked and food was cold. We also order French toast and they was gooey on the inside.

We loved our first dining experience at Harvest Bearden. We were pleasantly surprised with the large portions. My husband said he had never had such a large steak. I loved my chicken dish which made delicious leftovers. The hostess was very personable, and the manager was on top of everything. We will be back.

Poor quality bar cocktails. Annoying mechanical screetching sound. Staff could not identify. Ruined dining experience and management seemed un concerned about identifying the source/problem. Food excellent but high pitched mechanical squealing throughout dinner ruined the night no matter how much caviar we ate.

We decided to get out and support Harvest during the snow storm we recently had. Food, ambience, and service was good. We were disappointed when we enquired about the fresh fish and were told the Chef didn't have any due to weather conditions and being short staffed (which we undertand), then enquired about the Chef's Pasta and that wasn't available either. Finally, decided on & ordered the smoked Prime Rib then come to find out they didn't have that either. We settled on the Filet Mignon which was very good. We were “upcharged” on the Caesar salad which would have been nice to have compted or been offered a free dessert would have been nice to offset the lack of available dishes. Our server, Vanessa was very attentive and provided great service!

Book last-minute reservation on Open Table for New Years Eve at 8:30pm. Excited for good food as we just PCS'd to TN from CA. Arrived at 8:20 and table not ready. Sat at bar until table ready. Ordered 2 drinks at bar (the mule was great, as expected, but the fig honey sour was very sour, not sweet, and couldn't see or taste any fig.) Table was ready closer to 8:45 or 9. Hubby wanted surf and turf but they were out of the fresh seafood special. I asked for bread but bread never came. French onion soup, chilli, ribeye, baked potatoe, and beef stroganof pasta was very good (sauce in pasta was a little runny.) pinot noir and the blood orange sour was amazing. Right before we left we overheard a fellow table telling the owners they would like to see a dress code enforced at this restaurant and a dress code discussion ensued. We felt super offended because they said it right as my husband walked by their table. We were wearing comfy clothes because we work very hard (hubby is active duty military and i work for a nonprofit) and it was a holiday weekend but we love good food. Also I havnt bought any fancy clothes recently since the move so didnt really have anything fancy to wear. It made us feel like we were being looked down on for our clothes. (Also hubby isn't white and they all were, so that further made their conversation make us feel bad.) We won't be returning.
