“Overall a 4/5. I’d love to leave a 5/5 but there are a few times where the consistency has not been on par. The vast majority of the time I’m here it is a phenomenal experience. Kind staff, good healthy / quick food which is hard to find sometimes! Very much recommend giving it a try!“
“I visited this establishment, for the first time, a few weeks ago as a known friend. I tried a shake and was completely surprised. The choices, friendliness of the staff, the prep, the knowledge of product and the satisfaction with my Butter Pecan shake was way beyond great. Honestly I didn’t eat the rest of the day. I was satisfied to my amazement! I’m not into healthy eating but dang, this was good! Try it! Ya might skip supper like I did.“
“I love bearden nutrition! my siblings and I have been going here since it opened in 2018, it was a safe haven for us during covid and a fun activity for us to bike to! Everyone inside is so nice and helpful and honest, and their story is so compelling. Are there some shakes that don’t taste exactly the same as the super sugary dessert they are supposed to match? sure! but even my 9 year old brother can understand that maybe a healthy replacement to brownie batter isn’t going to taste the same. all the reviews saying “herb life” this and that are hysterical. congrats! you can pass a third grade reading level, but your social skills might need some help. bearden nutrition never hides what they put in their teas and have actually helped other places start their own business. also to all the idiots leaving reviews about go find a place with real fruit, hate to break it to u but places like smoothie king or tropical smoothie use juices 99% of the time filled w sugars! and most likely no real fruits ❤️ also don’t understand how you can go into a local business ran by such a lovely family with their daughters hand writing on the wall and leave being a jerk. some people just are sad dumb a holes. “Finally made it in here after hearing so much about them. We are foodies but my husband loves clean meal prep food when he’s prioritizing health and fitness - looks at it as simply food to nourish his body and fuel his workouts. I purchased 3 frozen meals and 3 fresh ones, and all of them have been perfect for what he wants/needs. Quality ingredients! Meals come a little bland but I presume that’s for those who are trying to lower their salt intake… so just be aware that you’ll have to salt/season to taste (which I I personally truly appreciate). We just placed our first “meal plan” pre-order of 8 more items and are very excited. Sincerely appreciate this service in Knoxville! ??“
“This place is absolutely amazing! They know my shake and tea orders by memory as they do with so many of their frequent customers! The staff is so friendly and ALWAYS have a smile on their faces. My favorite shake is "Pecan Pie" and my favorite specialty tea is "Pretty in Pink"“
“This place is so good. I got a vanilla shake with vanilla wafer on top and it was amazing. The folks here are so nice do yourself a favor and head on over. It's a bit out of the way by the Planet Fitness and behind the Panera bread but it's well worth it.“
