Disappointed after so many friends love the spot. 75 cent up charge for a hot coffee vs cold?? Easily the worst attempt at a cafe mocha I’ve ever had. Week, just generally tasteless, with a funky aftertaste.I suppose I got what I deserve, coffee at a tea shop. I did wonder why they would do plastic cup and then seal the cups with plastic film for in house orders. Seems wasteful, but it’s not my scene, I don’t knowAdded a star for the owner responding and offering good information. I don’t think I’ll personally be back but it’s always seemed to be good people running it.

Always a pleasant experience! Employees are helpful and more than willing to give recommendations to first timers and anyone curious. Highly recommended stopping by at least once in the spring/summer to enjoy the cute area out behind the store where they have picnic tables, food trucks, and a small playground for the little ones.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp on the side of the building that allows access into the store!

My daughter has wanted to try Boba tea for a while, so we came to Hey Bear. I've heard they're one of the best around. They have a TON of options, which was a little overwhelming. The girls at the counter were kind, but just directed us to the menu for decisions. I guess I would've expected a little more guidance on what to try, so that's where the 4 star comes in. I decided to build my own. I did the black tea with pineapple, mango bursting Boba, half sugar and light ice. It was surprisingly very delicious. I left wishing I had gotten a larger size. My daughter went with the galaxy green apple. She liked it, but said she would've gone with bursting Boba next time. She wasn't as big a fan of the chewy Boba.
