Usually the food is terrific here. We placed a to-go order at lunch time. When we picked up the order everything was ready as always. But the chicken in our dish was hard around the edges and dry. With the restaurant only being open a short time that day it should've been fresher. Spent $30.00 on food where you couldn't even eat the meat was very disappointing

We love Lil Tokyo! The staff always remembers us and has our orders basically memorized. Some of the chefs obviously cook differently than others but I haven't had many BAD chefs there. I like it when they cut the chicken into smaller pieces so sometimes I'll ask them to do that. We love the veggie plate also with broccoli for those that sometimes forego the meat.Vegetarian options: We often get the veggie plate. It's broccoli, carrots, baby corn (I don't know what is actually called lol) we are not even close to vegetarian but we like it.Parking: Plenty of spots. It shares a parking lot with food City and Lowe's so you may not get up front but you won't have to walk far either way.Kid-friendliness: They have kids plates that are just as big as the adult ones but cheaper.Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level with a ramp up the curb. I'm not handicapped but I would imagine it's very easy to get around with it all being one level.

The food was pretty good. The sauce on my hibachi was different than what I'm used to but enjoyable. I got the steak/chicken.Rice could definitely be better and served without looking like it was dumped out of a bowl.

We went here to get away from the crowds of Pigeon Forge tourism. Still had to wait about 30-45 mins at 6pm, but we figured as much. Absolutely worth the drive! We did the hibachi grill, and they gave us a show. Not the most incredible one I’ve ever experienced, but definitely was good and was what we came to see and show our daughter for the first time. Chef was jovial and fun. Made the happy face, the onion volcano, threw rice balls for you to catch in your mouth, the whole nine yards. Portions are tremendous, food was delicious, and the prices are outstanding considering all that you get. Attentive to drinks and sauce refills. 2 adults and 1 child ate for under $60 including drinks. About a 40 min drive from Pigeon Forge that takes you through a couple mountain back roads (it was 42 degrees when we drove- up from freezing temps the week before), but no icy spots that we encountered. Everyone in this town (we went to Lowes and Kroger as well, and ate with locals) were super nice.

My husband said the sushi here was so-so, but the hibachi... It was superb! Best teriyaki sauce I've had, and the meat was cooked to perfection. Also, I was really impressed when the owner came to help when a customer was having a seizure. He stayed to make sure she was ok and helped her up and out. Highly recommend this place.
